This home is a very beautiful home and is very well maintained, I rented this house starting on a Saturday and ending on Tuesday, my main reason for choosing this home was from the pictures it looked very spacious, relaxing, tranquil, clean, and comfortable. This house had all of those features except for the comfort of air conditioning. The company that leases this house had air conditioning listed as an a amenity for this home. I chose new mexico to visit for my vacation because the weather is much milder during the days and at night it is very cool. this house during the day and at night was very stale I am used to having air circulating throughout the house and this house did not have that going on, yes I am aware of opening windows for air to circulate but due to high winds blowing dust around I did not want the windows open letting dust in the house. When wind calmed down I did open windows at night but due to windows not having screens the moths were horrible, we closed windows. I tried to reach care keeper for house several times and by Sunday afternoon I finally got a hold of her. I explained to her that i want the house cooler and she said no problem she would come by and turn the cooling feature on inside the house, well that never happened, instead she tried to walk me through it on the phone. which did not work because house never got cooler. I packed my bags on Monday morning and left early to my next destination. I believe this home is one of the best in the area, but the lack of a good caretaker of the home brings down it's value, because if for some reason you do need something while staying at this home, it's a 50/50 chance if someone is going to help you out with it. The area surrounding this home is absolutely beautiful, and the view from the hot tub in the back yard is the best I've ever seen, so like my title said if having air conditioning isn't a major importance to you then this is your place to stay.
