This property has a great location right next door to the El Monte Sagrado resort and spa. We enjoyed several good meals there and one night they had a great Irish band.
The unit was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.
The negatives- The living room furniture was very shabby. There was no internet service (actually it would connect but when I went to sign on it said the bill had not been paid). I made several phone calls to management but it was never fixed. Also there was not much in the way of bathroom supplies. We had to buy toilet paper, tissues, soap (there was only liquid hand soap) and shampoo(although I have noted a lot of rentals do not provide shampoo these days. Also an instruction booklet would have been nice. We had no idea where to put the garbage or how to start a fire in the fireplace (turns out gas was turned off). If the living room furniture was replaced and the toiletries better stocked,internet fixed, etc., I would have rated this place much higher. -

We loved this home within minutes of the Plaza. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, well stocked with supplies and clean as a whistle! Beds were extremely comfortable. We had two couples and this was perfect for us. Beautiful old cottonwoods shelter the home in privacy. Hot tub under the stars! Can't be beat. Don't miss our favorite Taos restaurant: Antonio's!

We arrived in Taos and had lunch then called the caretaker for instructions, she said to wait about an hour for the cleaning crew to get done. We got there and were so excited that it seemed to be perfect. We looked around and soon discovered that in the second bedroom the beds had been left in twins. We were disappointed we had rented this house because it had two king rooms. The website said to let them know if we wanted it left in twins. We called the caretaker and she said she didn't know how to switch it but she would come over and help. With all of us helping we got it switched. While she was there she commented that she didn't like the way the floors looked. I told her that there were lots of dead bugs on the floor too. While she was there we asked her about the Internet connection and she said that the owner was sharing with a neighbor and we tried the password and there was no connection. She tried to contact the owner and couldn't reach him. After some calls to premier they offered us two other properties to move to or a refund of $125.00. We liked the location so we took the refund. We were excited to use the fireplaces but no one could locate the gas keys for the ones inside. We did use the one outside each night, but there were no chairs to sit outside except for two broken down ons around back. The caretaker said we could take the dining chairs out. Not that comfy but we made do. The kitchen was wonderful. All the dishes and pans etc. were good quality. The house was perfect size for two couples. The location was good, sometimes a little noisy from the parking lot on the other side of the fence. The yard was nice, they might want to have a gardner come in and clean it up. The hot tub was good.
