Beautiful seaside villa in Taranto (Puglia) in the most southern region in Italy. This lovely villa has 4 amazing bedrooms and was designed in total by 3 famous architects using the latest kind of materials, concepts and furniture in a lovely residential area.
External Description:
This beautiful modern villa is approximately 700square metres and has been designed and furnished by 2 very famous Italian architects and by a further architect who specialises in “green” constructions and ways to incorporate ways to be green and save energy. The villa is located in the town of Taranto, in a new residential area of all newly built i...ndividual villas just 1 km from the sea. There are some private beaches in this area too. The villa is set in lovely grounds with a well kept garden of 2000 square metres including many lovely trees and ornamental plants which are well looked after by the property owners gardener. A lovely swimming pool (12 x 6mt) which is also lit by night and the solarium are located in the garden surrounded by sofas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Internal Description:
The villa is split on 3 levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen with living area, television room (LCD Satellite Tv), a well sized bathroom with bath tub and a home gym. In the “cellar” there is a laundry room and further bathroom. On the first floor you will find 4 double bedrooms (in a few of these rooms there is the possibility of adding an extra single bed) and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a telephone, TV and mosquito nets on the windows. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another bedroom has a bigger bathroom with shower. On the same level there is also an elegant and spacious living room of 70 square metres. The bedrooms look out on to the sea and since they face west you can also enjoy the sunset in the early evening.
