Add gorgeous sunsets and twilight shadows along with some of the clearest skies in the world, you'll discover a sky full of stars that you could never of dreamed possible.
Super king beds complement the large open plan living areas. A gourmet chef's kitchen with all BBQ facilities ensure foodies are well catered for !
The Kinloch / Taupo / Rotorua region is an activity playground, so be prepared to get busy !
Taupo (15 minutes drive) offers ample shops / cafes and restaurants with some incredible cafe's and eateries to experience local produce.
Your experience at Dunalistair House begins with a personal meet and greet. You will be shown around the spacious living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also be introduced to the media room and home automation system, which creates unique scenes of lighting inside and out. The house is fully underfloor heated ensuring cosy toes in the winter, and is double glazed throughout. The owners are happy to share with you all the knowledge that they have on the surrounding area and beyond!

It is particularly pleasing to have group of 8 stay at Dunalistair House, as all couples in the group discover how delightful all the rooms are, especially the fact that every bedroom has an ensuite. One of the briefs we had for our architect was that we were not interested in having a 4th room if that room felt like it was inferior to the others. And the fact that we do have 4 such great rooms at Dunalistair is one of the reasons Brendon Gordon won the Architectural award for the home of the year in 2009! Certainly guests do need to be able to cook for themselves while staying at Dunalistair House, however, next time you come and stay, please allow me to offer you one of the amazing pre-prepared meals that I can deliver, which an absolute treat!
