This fully self-contained and tastfully furnished modern cottage is situated in a secure gated village within landscaped grounds in the centre of beautiful Bay of Plenty. Constructed of brick with tile roof. A concrete patio surrounds the outside, with good indoor/outdoor flow.There are 2 bedrooms - sleeps 4, 1 queen bed and 2 single, with all linen provided. The bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity, while the laundry has a washer and dryer, situated in the garage and access to an outdoor clothesline. This place was just right we couldn't fault it at all, being able to use the garage was a bonus, the bus stop just up the road was handy too, saves having to drive around the city and able to see more of it. June & her husband are so friendly ( sorry we couldn't remember his name )

My husband and I enjoyed a 2 weeks stay and wish it had been more .We were so at home there everything was supplied except food and even then there was a welcome pack of coffee tea milk sugar chocolates chocolate biscuits. We have booked in again for next february and have been telling our friends all about it.Nothing that we didn't love about it.we didn't need a car as regular bus service handy

We were greeted with wonderful hosts and all the necessary amenities in this modern and spacious home.Truly a home away from home and surrounded by a friendly and secure community. Our next visit will be for a longer stay.

We stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom house to attend a family reunion in Tauranga.
It served our purpose perfectly. Had a lovely comfortable queen size bed. The kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our pot luck lunch. Had all the amenities you needed. It is a bonus that it is in a safe secure environment. Would highly recommend this place. Hosts were lovely people. -
