Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi is a lovely Villa situated in the heart of Tuscany, in the Chianti area between the provinces of Florence and Siena. The Villa is located in a valley rich in history near Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and many other Medieval and Renaissance cities and towns. A holiday at Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi offers you the marvelous experience of living in the heart of Tuscany.

The swimming pool at the Villa allows you to enjoy the Tuscan sun surrounded by the vineyards which produce the prestigious Chianti wine. Experience Tuscany while staying at our Villa and you will discover the typical scents, t...astes and colours of these areas between Florence and Siena. A unique emotion, close to splendid Golf courses and Tennis courts, in the historical hamlet of Palazzuolo, surrounded by a park with olive trees, roses and Mediterranean herbs.

The Villa has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (for 11-12 people), spacious living rooms and a magnificent dining room with antique fireplaces plus a large kitchen and laundry rooms on the main floor. With the service room n the guest house you can sleep up to 18-20 people.(Guest house had an extra cost)

Included in the cost of the villas is a complimentary arrival dinner, prepared by our cook . You can arrange for meals to be cooked by her at any other time during your stay and she can even do some cooking lessons : for example, fresh pasta and Tuscan food.

You can do some great wine-tasting tours or visit little art or coastal villages such as Cinque Terre. You can do rafting or special excursions in the area; you can play tennis (we have a tennis court – you need only to bring your tennis shoes n rackets), or you can play golf. Castellare de' Sernigi is a ancient restorated villa near Florence and Siena in a optimal position for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra and also the many small medieval villages of real Tuscany.

The Villa Chianti is part of the one-thousand-year-old hamlet of Palazzuolo and is surrounded by a park full of olive trees, roses and Mediterranean herbs. It has a large swimming pool and courtyards which can be enjoyed in the fine weather.
