Our apartment is located in a peaceful gated residential "park" emersed in greenery. It is a safe location for children and on the premises, there is a soccer field and playground. We can make available a garage on request.
We are centrally located so it is easy to travel anywhere you wish. We live close to some pretty impressive tourist destinations, including Perugia to the Northeast and Tuscany's Chiusi just 16 km to the west. And lake Trasimeno is right to the north. Access to Rome or Florence is easy by car, or you can drive to nearby Chiusi and take the train just about anywhere in Tuscany or Umbria if you fear driving much in Italy. It is a two hour train ride from nearby Chiusi to Rome or 1 1/2 hours to Florence for the day.

We learned of this apartment through a friend of a friend last year and decided to give it a go. The description is accurate, Centrally located to just about everything, yet within walking distance to the bus, restaurants and bars.
The host was super nice. We tasted his home made wine and olive oil and enjoyed ourselves taking day trips to the towns nearby. We had a car, but decided to take the train from the nearby town of Chiusi to Rome and Florence as suggested and it was so easy. We were able to relax and really enjoy ourselves by staying in one place, yet we visited so many beautiful towns while we were there. We're so glad to have found "a home" in Italy and meet so many wonderful people. Thank you alessio. A presto!!!
