The farmhouse Molinella is located in a 130-hectare agricultural estate on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, in a beautiful panoramic location overlooking green, woody hills and a valley. It is surrounded by ancient olive trees and oak woods. It is in a rural setting, however it is only 15 minutes by car to the town of Tavernelle, where you will find several supermarkets, a weekly market, restaurants and shops, a pharmacy, a post office, banks, medical facilities etc.
