This Condo is in a gated community, only a short distance away from shopping centers, movie theater, great restaurants, John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park, Founder's Park, Harry Harris State Park, and the famous Tiki Bar.
By water, the condo is situated on the Gulf of Mexico and about ten minutes away from the Snake Creek channel, which gives you access to the Atlantic Ocean. Boat dockage available for an extra charge. The marina has a fish cleaning station. Charter boat service available.

Great stay with my niece and her husband at Futura Yacht Club. The condo was overlooking the pool and tennis courts and was very inclusive in ammentities. Great pool for swimming and just relaxing. People were wonderful to us week long visitors, even though most of the residents were owners and year-round . We even saw a manatee from the shore, plus lovely sunsets! Very close to everything else! (Fishing, snorkeling, dining, shopping). Great price, especially when divided between two couples. You will need a rental car. Very disappointed that no wi-fi was available!

We spent a week here as a part of a more extended trip in December 2012. The unit is exactly as described, as are the facilities and premises. It is quite clean and well equipped. Susan Dworsky was very responsive and the rental transaction was uncomplicated. We were quite pleased with our choice. The amenities of the Yacht club were sufficient for our purposes. Although we do not fish, per our conversations with others staying on the property, this is the perfect location. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops. A grocery store is only 5 minutes away also. The lower keys are easily accessible for day trips. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to return to the keys.
