Tropical island seclusion in the Florida Keys

While visiting this end unit Bay front Town House the most difficult decision a guest must make is whether to entertain in the decorator surroundings or venture out into the clear waters of the Fl. Keys.No matter your preference, kayack,sail, jet ski or power boat our deep water Marina allows direct access to our famous Backcountry and then beyond into the Gulfstream.

The upper level of the Town House is divided into suites each with a private bath. The sliding glass doors of the master bedroom open to a balcony with the sensation of being suspended over the water. This is made possible since the unit is situated a mere 10' from the bay....The private hideaway affords an unobstructed vista of the glorious Florida Keys sunsets. A king size bed in the master and twins in the second room with a convertable sofa downstairs complete the sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has its own TV.

On the lower level we find an entire wall covered with imported stone complimented by a sit down bar. Here too sliding glass doors open to a second private balcony convient to outdoor dining or entertaining.A half bath is located off the dining area where a glass and stone dining room table can easly accommodate 8 for dinner. Home enterainment is provided by a large screen TV including all the necessary players.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances needed to prepare a quick snack to a gourmet meal. An under cabinet TV provides personal entertainment. The full size washer and dryer can be found off the kitchen area.

A gas barbeque is located Bayside on the ground level and is suitable for outdoor dining. The private patio and grassy area will accomodate unlimited seating including right to the waters edge.

If its boating time, you will find a designated slip just outside your front door with water and electricity provided. Any type vessel up 36' can be secured and will be unrestricted by tide changes.

Additional Location Information

Leave the privacy of Futura Yacht Club thru the sliding security gate and you find yourself in as good a center of entertainment and shopping as can be found in the Keys. Certanly not the level of the mainland but more then adequate. All necessities such as chain food stores, a multi- plex movie house along with the famous Founders Park are but a short distance from "home." The true flavor of Keys shopping however is found in the speciality shops, boutiques and artist studios which abound along U.S. 1
Of even greater intrest is leaving the complex by boat for a session of house watching or enjoying a leasurly lunch at many of the fine restaurants with dock side facilites.
Lets not forget the Pearl of the Keys is the fishing which is argueably some of the best in the world. The Backcountry is outside your door but if you perfer the reef or blue water its but a short boat ride to the open sea through Snake creek.
