MINIMUM STAY: 60 DAYS Relax and escape the hustle and bustle of city life or cold northern winters in the Florida Keys. This spacious two story townhouse is conveniently located in Tavernier - between Islamorada and Key Largo. This is one of Tavernier's finest gated bayfront condominium complexes. The 40 townhouses are set among a gorgeous hardwood hammock. This townhouse has a wonderful ground floor living area and a screened lanai overlooking the tranquil grounds and meandering streams. Two large bedrooms, both with ensuite baths are located on the 2nd floor. The master suite offers a king bed, balcony and sitting area. The guest bedroom is... currently setup as a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and ensuite bath with tub and shower. This townhouse is a few short steps from the community pool, hot tub and club house. The private bayfront area is about a 5 minute walk and features a marina and boat ramp. Dockage can be arranged separately if you wish to bring your boat and dock it in the marina. Take a cool drink to the dock area and enjoy the unobstructed views of the fabulous Keys sunsets. If tennis is your thing, there are two regulation tennis courts on the property. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.
Rate Details: Rent is $2800 per month, however the minimum stay is 2 months. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $125 plus an additional $800 refundable security deposit ($500 for the townhouse and $300 for the condo association.) Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet plus an additional $100 per pet security deposit. Utility Caps/Mo: $50 water and $150 electricity. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.
