Description
The Atelier- Studio (about 90m2 and wall highness of almost 4 m)
at Quinta da Arte is one of our four guest houses where the owner thought how beautiful it would be, to live in a bright, large room painted all in white where do you have always a free and light summer feeling.
The bright and generously house has a separate sleeping room with a double bed with ventilators and is surrounded with a mosquito net .
As well you will find here an placing for clothes and different kind of storage.
In the living area is an integrated, full equipped kitchen with a nearby dining area and on the other site of the large room is situated a big ,red sofa area to read, to relax or to listen to music.
Art objects are integrated in the room and are making this space even more special.
The red, big sofa can be as well a single bed with a comfortable matratze and near to it , just in case, I can put another single bed may be for another child.Both with mosquito nets around.
Two high atelier - doors with white curtains in front of them are to open and some steps, calling the "Portuguese stairs" in front of the house, leading the guests into the garden part with sun chairs, barbecue and another dining area.
White , large scarves in front of the high doors are fluttering in the wind.
The separate bath room with a separate toilet and douche room is done all in white too.
Our guests are saying about the house:

It is only so beautiful to sit out site by night, on the Portuguese stairs, for example to enjoy the illuminated outdoor area in the garden and to observe the stars.
Or coming home in the evening after having a beautiful day at the beach and grilling a fresh fish on the barbecue."
The nearness to the pool invites the guests to use it all the time when they like to do so.
Children love the simple majority how to handle this house they feel free having an easy access to the pool area or playing boules.
And they feel free to discover our large landscape becoming little pirates sometimes or adventurer.
What does a child needs more?
Couples are loving to have such a free and big space having all for themselves while relaxing ,reading cooking or doing nothing.
Former guests of this house loved the space and the feeling of liberty they have had during there stay.
The house gives a refreshing feeling in summer and life takes place at nature the whole day.

House rules
Important rules for all guest I will explain after arriving. If the guests is broken something I will asked to pay for it and we will talk about it.Not a big catastrophe when it is not vandalism for sure.
It is allowed to smoke into or near by the house ( not in the landscape area) always having respect for the very dry summer days in the south and knowing about the danger almost a little fire could couse.

Freunde haben Ihnen von uns erzählt und Sie waren neugierig auf unsere 4 Ferienhaeuser und hatten ja das Glück von dem einen farbenfrohen ,und gemütlichen Ferienhaus dem Casa do Theatro in das klare, weite Atelier -Studio Haus zu ziehen und fanden beide Haeuser sehr Besuchens wert. In einem Urlaub zwei Urlausunterkuenfte das hatte was, nicht wahr? Ja , sie genossen es sich hier aufzuhalten, zu lesen , eine Runde im Pool zu schwimmen bevor es danach los ging unser so schoenes Umland zu entdecken. Neues haben Sie kennen gelernt und schon lieb gewonnnes wieder erobert von vergangenen Portugal Urlauben ins Herz geschlossen. Hier wird es einem ja auch nicht langweilig neben den vielen schoenen Straenden , dem tollen sauberen Meer ,der vorgelagerten wunderschoenen Lagunenlandschaft und den tollen Restaurants und Cafes kann man auch einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Sie haben einen Bootsausflug um die Inseln herum gemacht und guten Fisch gegessen. Ich sprach mit Ihnen und Sie schienen froehlich, tatenlustig und entspannt. Da scheinen wir ja etwas richtig zu machen wenn uns unsere Gaeste anstrahlen wenn ich Ihnen begegne ... Und Portugal ist ja sowieso schoen. Response from the owner Oh dear guests what for wonderful sentences about your stay Living in a big busy City and now visiting our place for the first time and from the begiining you both dived into the Special feeling this house is able to Transport . It is a nice house with high walls all in White whith integrated art sculptures and a wonderful view in front . You loved it coming home after discovering some nice places near by for example as the lagoon by doing a boat trip around several beautyful ilsands or after swimming in the calm and warm sea water(yes we had 23 degree water temperature) in the summer. You felt inspired by the art work in the house and liked the easy way going to handle all in the house. You was cooking in the kitchen severa times and loved the feeling sitting outsite and having diner there. I am sure you are one of our many gustst coming once back. We are looking forward to meet you both again! Be very welcome!

I can not speak your languege but understand very well your very nice sentences about your stay this June in our large,high and nice house the Atelier Studio where you enjoyed your das by Relaxing in and around your house by reading Eating sleepinf and doing Nothing at all and btween disvovering our nice area wit the natural Reservate the Ria da Formosa with it acesses to beautyful beaches and the sea!I could feel that you dived into your holidays and after some days forgetting the normal working life you where coming from. Therefor may be it was a good Signal that our WIIF acess was, while your stay not directly into your house.You had to walk 3 min. then to sit at a banc to have acess. But I allready bought an Extender to make it better for our guests. So please come back enjoying agan our nice area your wonderful house and then forget about WIFI ! Response from the owner paire d'hôte chère et simpathisches, déjà quand vous arriviez chez nous, accroché venaient sur notre simple chemin cependant prometteur un peu cahoteux, je pouvais remarquer de la même façon vous vous réjouissiez de votre maison de campagne choisie. Et quand vous cela voyiez tout était bon! Il vous plaisait et je voyais comme vous s'aménagiez dans votre atelier de la belle vue, de la fraîcheur et clarté. Ils arrivaient et nous nous rencontrions le prochain matin et je vous racontais des belles curiosités de l'Algarve et vous racontiez de quoi vous vouliez faire la connaissance volontiers.... De la pleine curiosité et joie, vous exploriez désormais les alentours, jouissiez de cela plongent dans l'Atlantique propre et achetaient l'un à l'un des super marchés variés et bien triés. Ils faisaient beaucoup d'excursions comme déjà à vos lignes mentionne et les lieux sehsnwerten et les villages conquéraient dans votre rythme, des plantations d'huile d'olive et fabrications de céramique visitaient l'un de manière proche. Et vous entrepreniez cela en commun avec les autres hôtes chez nous étaient en visite et on freundete même peu à et buvait ensemble si aussi une fois un verre de vin le soir. Einge le beau soir, vous passiez à la ville de Tavira charmante visitaient Fado le concert sur la scène de plein air dans le centre de la ville ou voyaient les vieilles ruelles, le musée ou les petits commerces. Maintenant, tout à fait certainement cela sait mes amis je cela à Vous à nous est bien tombé vous vous êtes annulés et vous êtes sentis bien et vous pouviez bien accepter notre petit paradis. Le fait de paresser au pool était exactement aussi beau que faire une excursion et la cuisine portugiesiche typique vous a gemundet. Pour nous il était une grande joie faire la connaissance de Vous à notre échange ouvert si enrichissant résonnera encore longtemps et nous vous souhaitons des coeurs de tout l'amour et bien! Le Atelier- Studio est clair grand et lumineux entouré par la nature et les caractéristiques de l'agitation touristique exactement le droit de contrepartie ... donc dire à tous mes clients au sujet de cette maison. que nos quatre maisons de vacances très différents espaces intérieurs de coloré et confortable, par l'ombre claire et brillante et artistique et généreux. Pour quelque chose de tout le monde. Maintenant exploré région avec ses grandes plages, mais aussi les belles vieilles villes comme la ville Renaissance de Tavira avec son existence charme unique et la ville de Faro, dont le centre est à la fois la vieille ville vaut le détour. Mais les chaises longues à l'extérieur de la maison ont été utilisés pour les belles soirées à déguster avec un livre et de repos. ce fut un grand plaisir pour nous deux d'apprendre à connaître un peu plus sur l'échange verschiedenene cultures et auesserst boursiers agréables savoir. Je suis vraiment heureux que vous avez apprécié à la fois avec nous et nous vous souhaite comme d'ailleurs déjà exprimé personnellement tout le meilleur pour votre vie.
