All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We loved this cottage. It was cosy, furnished beautifully with quality items and was very comfortable. We enjoyed coming home to this little haven every day. Tavistock is so fabulously located and we truly did not want to go home as we were enjoying it so much. And to have a little garden to sit in was pure joy for me as our own home is a flat with no garden. I loved watering the plants every day and seeing them flourish. Our only grumble about the cottage was that the dishwasher was redundant. It would have been more useful to have a washing machine/dryer installed but we would definitely recommend this place and would come back again if we are in the area another time.

A lovely, well kitted out cottage with everything we needed. Located in a quite street right in the centre of town. Perfect location for restuarants and shops and only a few minuites drive onto Dartmoor. We are regular visitors to Tavistock and will definately be staying at Rosemary Cottage again. A delightful find.

We had a wonderful time in tavistock, we travelled with our boarder collie, Coley, who loved the cottage and gardens. The town was lovely and the moors were easy to get to.We had a really restful holiday .

From the minute we arrived, we knew we were in for a wonderful week. Was friendly greeted by the owner who left us with cake and wine and toys for the children, and contact numbers should there be any problems.
Everything had been thought of to make our stay at Rosemary cottage a very comfortabke and enjoyable one. Towels and toiletries for each guest were very well received (have never experienced such lovely touches at other cottages we have stayed in) dvds, games, colouring equipment for the children meant they 'never' wanted to leave the cottage to go out! Very well equipped kitchen, managed to cook a lovely Sunday roast. Beds were lovely and comfortable. We could tell a great deal or expense and thought went into creating such a lovely 'home from home' experience.
The location and local amenities are fantastic, two minutes walk from somerfield and other local shops and takeaways.
The only niggle I had about staying in Rosemary Cottage was the difficulty parking. Thoe roads nearby hold restrictions.
Overall a fantastic stay, that holds a very fond place in our hearts! We are very much looking forward to going back for another relaxing stay!
