Nestled in the Mountain range west of the Mojave Desert and 40 miles southeast of Bakersfield.
This lovely restored 1000 sq. ft. home was built in the 1890's. It is located in the heart of downtown Tehachapi right across the street from the Tehachapi Hospital.
One bedroom is furnished with a 1930's queen size mahagony sleigh bed, a beautiful bird's eye maple dresser, a maple vanity and a comfortable rocking chair.
The second bedroom has a full sized antique bed, a dresser and a night stand.
