Rooms for rent in the first and only Gay Pink House in the center of Tel Aviv. Double rooms (for singles) from 55 Euros per night. Prices are per room (we do offer 3 rooms).
We also offer gay luxury townhouse with private bathroom next by: Pink-TLV ((website: hidden)).
It is the best location in town, Just between gay area and the beach... It is 5 minutes walking from gay area, 5 minutes walking from the beach as well.

one of the best guy guesthouses that i have been. very clean and the owner are very nice! the guesthouse located at the center of tel aviv near all the guy bars and party's. the price is good! very recommended!!

The property was great for a traveling student (I was a visiting doctorate student from Beersheva). It was in a great location, really close to Carmal Market. However, for the price that was charged you could easily stay in a decent hotel and just take a sherut down.
The "free continental breakfast" was basically just milk, cereal, and yogurt. Be sure you get an exact quote in us dollars, because for me it seemed Eyal rounded up all of the conversions or used older currency rates (I look everything up on Google finance). Also, my first Paypal payment didn't go through because I needed to update my bank information. When it didn't go through I initiated the process to update the information and re-send the funds. However, during this entire time I had to deal with Eyal being quite rude over the phone with me. I was accused of purposely withdrawing the payment and he kept scolding me for the merchant fee that Paypal charges him for payments that go through.
Anyway, the property is nice but customer service is not. In fact, it's not run professionally as a business at all. I would never stay there again unless you want to get involved with drama involving payments.Response from Pink House TLV - 05/16/2012

it's difficult to answer to someone you do not recognize by his mail.
Breakfast is not gurantee - you can ask for vouchers for coffee + croissant at love eat cafe for additional 5$ a night.
this place is targeted specially for gay guests and I am sorry that you expect more then we give: daily cleaning service, free WIFI, computer for guest use, printer, A/C IN all rooms, cable TV and more - 40% less then hotels in tel aviv.
for PAYPAL problems: I took care about your comment. Since last Sunday we do accept credit cards in the pink house - and exchange rate is EXACTLY like the bank charge.
I am happy that most of our guests are satisfied and come back a lot!

I stayed there 2 nights, before I went to my apartment in tel aviv- when I booked via phone, there were named a complete other price. when I arrived the owner wanted to have much more- it was very unpleasend.
The building is in a ok- area, near alenby street- but the house... it was like a garage - but ok. the bed was alright, nothing special- I payed 75 Euro- more than 90USD for one night, and this is just too much!
It is not a very good place, but this is also a question of taste...
The badest thing is, that I found the owner very unhonest and very unfair. On the phone I told him, I wanted to pay 50 Euro. But he gave me the biggest room, later I found out, that the smallest one was free- but he said it is booked.

On the phone couple of days in advance, there are severalkinds of rooms.
To complete booking with the room you want YOU HAVE to do it on line. When this guest came, the only free room wasthe biggest room, which his prices are 70 - 90 euros / night.
And still, this is the best value per price in tel aviv.

I´ve been to Tel Aviv and stayed at the Pink House TLV for 10 days. It is the perfect location to spend some days in this fantastic city. The best clubs are just around the corner and the beach is nearby.
The place is equipped with everything you need and the two hosts can show you the best parties in town!
I´ll be back! ;)
