An amazing 2 bedroom holiday apartment located in a prime location with a nice and quiet balcony and fully furnished.
The apartment has a living room with a folded sofa and a bedroom (double bed) + kitchen and a porch facing west, it is located on Ben Yehuda street (near the corner of Ben Gurion) in a new building, 3 minutes walk from the beach, 2nd floor with an elevator.
In the apartment you can find LCD TV., Wi-Fi, cables, A/C, microwave, stove top, fridge, kettle, fully furnished, linen, towels etc.
The daily price is 100$- 140$ per night + electricity (electricity will charge per usage).

Prior to our arrival every detail were well answered. We were pomptly met as arranged. The flat was small, but it was clean, and most ammenities were in place.When we had any problem (waste blocked) it was delt with at onece. Leaving the flat was easy. We certainly would stay here again and if you have chance grab the opportunity.

This apartment is perfectly located - minutes from the beach, cafes and shopping. Despite this, it is so quiet and peaceful inside. The apartment itself is compact, clean, well maintained and bright and sunny. All of the linen and towels were fresh and clean and asked for a travel cot to be supplied for our daughter which was in excellent condition. The people who ran the apartment are friendly and helpful - nothing was ever a problem. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again. In fact, we enjoyed staying in this apartment so much we kept extending our stay!

5 minutes from the beach, just been renovated, all the amenities we needed for a baby (baby travel bed, baby bathtub, high chair). Good value for money.

We came from Budapest to a family vacation and had a wonderfull time the apartment was very well equipped very clean and in a perfect location - the owner were very helpfull and kind and we had a great vacation I am sure I will return to the appartment on my next visit

My husband, 22 year old daughter, and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights, and would highly recommend it. It's not a 5 star hotel, but very comfortable, safe, and in a wonderful location. Both the bed and futon were firm and very comfortable (we are a tall family) and it was great having all the linens, towels, hairdryer, dishes, etc. provided. We called the landlord once for a couple of problems and help was immediately provided. We plan to call on amir and Liat in the future when we visit Tel aviv again.

I had a great stay...the apartment was spacious and clean. The only complain I have it the shower was small and I am a small person and the bed was not the most comfortable. You can not beat the price though for the location and size of the apartment. The hotels are very expensive so I would definitely consider staying in an apartment again.

We came to spend 5 days in Tel Aviv with my husband and my girlfriend. The apartment was a perfect size for the 3 of us. Very tidy and clean kichenette had all the necessities. The balcony looking into a courtyeard was great. The bedroom was surprisingly quiet for a building on a major boulevard (once we closed the window). The living had enough room for the queen size futon and a coffee table. Internet acess was priceless. The location was good since we could walk to the beach, Carmel market, and many eatieries. We even walked to Jaffa! I would recommend staying here.

We loved the place. The location is great - close to the beach. The balcony is a nice touch.
The check in and check out was very easy. The owners are very nice, always available by phone, and very helpful accommodating to our needs, and providing very useful information.
The apartment is very clean and modern. Windows are not facing the street, so it was quiet.
To top if off, the owners provided us with a free internet access, and even some movies on CDs, which made the kids happy.
We would definitely stay there again!

It is our first time to rent an apartment in Tel Aviv, we used to go to Hotels before. We were really very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment was very clean , lots of towel and a cute kitchen that we used with a big refrigerator. The apartment has a nice balcony that we used to read and to get some sun. the beach was only 4 minutes walk. There are great cafe places right around the corner, centrally located, close to stores, supermarkets, movie theathers and malls. We will go back in the summer and use the apartment for sure. Liat, the manager attended all our needs, she was always available on the phone,and gave us good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. Thanks Liat for the good care!!! we will see you soon!! in the summer!!

After year of staying at the Crown Plaza in Tel Aviv we have decided to make a change and try and stay in a furnished apartment. Our long internet search has paid of; the apartment is centrally located in a new building. 5 minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping within less then 5 minutes walk. It was very clean and inviting with ample towels and sheets. The kitchen is well equipped and living room sofa allows sleeping space for additional 2 adults. The back balcony was a nice bonus. Most important were the accommodating, helpful hostesses Liat and Shachar. They were always available to answer any question or need that arose. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely use it again.

We booked the apartment through the net. We were a little apprehensive as the photos on the net were not a very good representation of the actual appartment. On arrival we were pleased with the accommodation and all facilities. Also the apartment was very clean and in a good state of repair. The situation was excellant being central to Tel Aviv's holiday area and a few minutes walk from the beach. Also, being at the back of the building it was quiet. We had a good welcome from Liat and she was most helpful in providing some items that we requested. We would certainly stay there again.
