We stayed in Mohaliver apt 1, the one with the red sofa in the pictures. This apt was mostly adequate for our needs, but definitely looked better in the picture. However, we would probably not stay here again.
While this is not a deal breaker, there were noticeable white dirt specks on the sofa when we arrived .. looked like paint chippings from the ceiling; it would have been nice if someone had cleaned it before we arrived. There were also scoff marks on the walls; not a deal breaker but ruined the amazing expectation we got from the picture.
The wireless internet was by far the biggest issue. It was fine on the upper loft level, but frustratingly slow on the ground floor and often times, we could not even connect or would get disconnected.
We arrived knowing that we would need to pay for electricity and thought we could keep the electricity bill to a minimum but turning off all lights when we didn't use it. What we found out when we arrived was that we needed to turn on the water heater for about 20-30 minutes in order to get hot water for the showers, which uses alot of electricity (according to the posted information). Our electricity bill came out to 200 shekels (about $50 USD).
The location was adequate, though it was near the Carmel market. Sometimes, we wished we weren't so close to the market because we need to walk through the garbage and smell from the market when we walk towards the beach or return back to the apt.

I like this unit. It was in a short walking distance from the beach. Walking distance from the Carmel Market and in the center of Tel aviv. I had a rental car so parking was important and very convenient. I stayed in this unit twice and I'm planning to come back.

We had a great stay. The place is large, with plenty of space to store your luggage and clothing. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Friendly Staff. Would go again.

Good friendly service and the apartment delivered what we needed - the ability to sleep three of us in separate rooms! The parking space was a definite boon and the apartment was well kitted out. The location was pretty good and if we had been staying longer, the proximity of the market would have been excellent for shopping.
My rating on value is based against other apartment rentals across Europe - I felt that the price did not compare favourably to other accommodation I have rented this year in Spain, Poland and Ireland but this may simply be the market in Tel aviv (the apartment was about middle of the price range for apartments I looked at).
A bit more local information on check in would be a good future development with info on local facilities. We found everything we needed but a few local recommendations for restaurants/bars, etc is always handy! -

"Lisetta," as is written on the front of the building, will be one of those places you never forget. The apartment is modern yet homey, has everything you need but is spacious and without clutter. From the front steps David could throw a rock that would reach shook hacarmel, an amazing place to go for fresh carrot or pomegranite juice in the morning, shekel trinkets, and all sorts of other goodies. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, near the dolphinarium. From there you are 10-15 minutes from Old Jaffa to the south, and shook hapishpashim and a lot of good restaurants, and 10-15 minutes north on the tayelet and you are near the marina. Is also a 5 minute walk to Sderot Rothschild, where there is a nice tayelet and fancy eateries and party spots (nanuchka).
Back to the apartment: it's everything you could ever hope or ask for in a place, and it was the cheapest place I found after extensive research to boot. Strongly recommend you stay here. Sababa! -

MN, USATel aviv Vacation
Left on 11/18/2010 for a stay in October 2010
This apartment was in a perfect location on a quiet street, but close to main Tel aviv streets. It is only a few blocks from the beach, Carmel Market, and the quaint Neve Tsedek neighborhood and restaurants. There's a large grocery story a few blocks away. And, it's only about a 15 minute walk to the Ha Hagana bus station, which has regular bus service to Jerusalem. The owners were able to accommodate our arrival and departure times. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Wireless internet has become essential for travel and we were happy the apartment provided this service. We also had several television stations to choose from. This apartment does not have a washer and dryer, but we did not see many in the area that offered this option. There were enough kitchen electric appliances to get by, but it would have been better if there were more pots, pans, bowls, food storage containers, and cutlery. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the location, service, and amenities!

IsraelAn excellant place to stay at
Left on 05/20/2010 for a stay in May 2010
We (my wife and I) rented this apartment for a week before our wedding.
The purpose was to find a place where we can relax before the wedding be close to everything in TEL-AVIV and still have all the facilities we needed to get organized for the wedding.
The week of our wedding was amazing and a lot is due to the apartment and the service they provided. The apartment was in the middle of Tel-Aviv a short walking distance from all the major locations and of course the sea shore. It was fitted with a high speed WI-FI network so we managed to organize all the last minute changes right form our apartment.
The managers were very pleasant and service oriented they even came to bring us an additional salad dish at 9 pm as per our request.
All in all I highly recommend Rothschild Short Term Apartments to anyone who comes to Israel and wants a quiet place close to the main attractions and in a reasonable price.

My wife, baby son, and I visited Tel Aviv during the first two weeks of April, and decided to rent an apartment instead of paying the exorbitant hotel rates. We found this place on CraigsList, and it turned out to be a great place at a great price. The apartment is right in the center of Tel Aviv, literally a couple of blocks from the Rothschild cafes, the cool Neve Tzedek neighborhood, the beach, the Nachlat Benyamin pedestrian mall, and the Carmel Market. Our apartment was a spacious duplex with a flat-screen television and free parking, and I understand that there is a larger, two bedroom duplex in the same building. The exterior of the apartment is very nice and, when we had our Israeli friends over for dinner, they were pretty amazed at how nice the place was throughout. There's no maid service (I suppose you could pay for it if you wanted), but Liron, the apartment manager, was waiting for us when we arrived from Ben Gurion Airport and the whole process was very easy. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.
