Additional Location Information
The Studio is located only 400 meters from the fabulous Gordon Beach which is the epitome of Tel Aviv. The Residence is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, boutiques and shops for your every need. Dizengoff St. is the absolute hub of life in Tel Aviv. You are also just 1 minutes walk from the Ben Gurion Boulevard where you can find the best sandwiches in Tel Aviv and just relax on one of the benches to eat them. Just on the other side of the Boulevard is Goocha the famous seafood restaurant, specializing in mussels and chips. Going further north, you just cant miss the latest in designer fashion. We recommend criscrossing Dizengoff so that you dont miss a boutique. The Residence is situated only minutes walk from the beach and from the newly opened Gordon swimming pool - (seawater).
There is parking available in the Tel Nordau parking facility in Frishman St just 200 meters from the Residence where you can make an arrangement for 50 shekels/day for multiple entries/exits. On the street outside the Residence, you can catch any number of buses, sherut or taxis which will take you to any destination you need in the whole Tel Aviv area.
Very close by, in the Ben Gurion Blvd, is a Tel Ofan station where you can rent a bike to explore the City and return it at any other of the numerous Tel Ofan stations located all over the city. The Residence is situated at the most ideal location for short term rental in Tel Aviv. Its only a couple of blocks walk to the Dizengoff Shopping Mall with its unique layout and enormous variety of shops. Of course, you can just hail a "sherut" cab and quickly get to the Rothschild Blvd, the Nachlat Binyamin pedestrian walk which has open air markets every Tuesday and Friday. In that area also is the Carmel fresh produce open air market with its very own special character.
You can also go in the opposite direction to explore the new Tel Aviv Port which has activities, restaurants and great shopping during the day for the whole family and is a major factor in the Tel Aviv nightlife.
The new Tel Aviv Museum is also a must with the ever changing exhibitions. The new building of the Museum is an architectural wonder and has received international acclaim. The Museum is a combination of a complex array of spaces which are simultaneously linear and multi-layered. A vertical "light fall" drains the building's vertical dimension, orientates the visitor, unites all spaces around it, leads from one level to another, bringing natural light to the building's lower level.

Excellent apartment, great location! Will be back again!
Left on 01/10/2013 for a stay in December 2012
My husband and I rented apartment 2 for 12 days in December 2012. First time ever renting an apartment for vacation. Always stayed at a Hotels. Apartment was very clean, modern, and bed was very comfortable. What a difference compared to hotels. The other tenants were very quiet, we we never woken up by doors slamming (hotels), and the apartment had these automatic shutter shades that kept all the light out. Internet was provided at no charge, and there is a nice restaurant/ breakfast place right downstairs that offers 10%discount for tenants. It is located on Dizengoff St, so it's a couple of blocks from the beach. Planning on going back to Israel my 2014, and I will definitely stay here for my Tel-Aviv location.

Toronto, CanadaFabulous apartment in the centre of Tel aviv
Left on 09/03/2012 for a stay in August 2012
If you want to live like a local, this is the place! The location, in one of the trendiest parts of Tel aviv, is absolutely superb. Walking distance to most things and loads of nearby amenitites. The studio apartment that we rented was absolutely lovely, at least twice the size of our friends' hotel rooms and totally equipped: spotlessly clean, perfect a/C, high-speed Internet, kitchenette, daily cleaning and towel change. Our only caution would be that this is a busy area which can sometimes be noisy. But we travel with a sound soother and we were not bothered by it at all. In summary, the best place we've ever stayed in Tel aviv.

We rented a fantastic studio apartment for one week. The apartment is centrally located on Dizengoff Street with a plethora of bars and restaurants all around. It can be noisy (if you leave the windows open), but is fully air-conditioned, so you shouldn't really need to open them. The studio had everything we needed - wall mounted TV with cable/satellite, i-pod docking station, dvd player, comfortable bed, good lounge area, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, spacious shower room - etc. etc. Can't fault it! The agents were pleasant, helpful and speak fluent English - what more could you ask for? We have already recommended this apartment to friends.

Miami, FloridaBest place to stay in Tel aviv, Modern clean and bright
Left on 08/13/2011 for a stay in May 2011
This place exceeded my expectations! Annette and Tali have created a comfortable place which is in the heart of the city and also a few blocks from the beach.
I have stayed in a few hotels in Tel aviv and let me tell you that these apartments are first class. They are modern, clean and include all of the things you need to be comfy.
We actually rented it for the Birthday weekend of my boyfriend. We had some people over and had so much fun cooking and entertaining! The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. When we arrived we had juice and water in the fridge. We felt like it was our apartment.
The size of each apartment is different but ours was #4 and it was a 2 bedroom. We had the terrace facing the street and it was so peaceful and open.
The only thing I would suggest is having housekeeping on Saturdays but I understand that religious tradition is not something that I can change. It wasn't a big deal and they made up for us to have a late check out so it worked out perfect.
I will return to the Jean Jaures for sure the next time I am in beautiful Israel! -

As a birthday present, my mother and I went to Tel aviv and decided to treat ourselves to the penthouse at this property. What a treat! The staff was very helpful, the amenities are great, and the location was wonderful. It's truly in the heart of Tel aviv and allows easy access to all parts of city, if not by walking, by quick taxi ride. The full kitchen was great for easy breakfasts and snacks in the evening. Bed were comfortable and the apartment was light and airy. I can't wait to go back!

The studio was lovely. We enjoyd the 3 air directions and the balcony - in spite of the hot weather.
We did miss a larger closet to hang our clothes, though. Location was perfect.
Cleaning and service were very good.
