The penthouse is spacious, bright, and well furnished with a wraparound balcony. Light cooking is possible and there is a table on the balcony. There are a few steps from the elevator to the main floor of the penthouse. The building is above a very nice cafe (with a discount for residents) on a lively street. (It is quiet inside when the huge sliding doors are closed.) Ten minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of taxis passing. The owners were very helpful, recommending a driver, a nice restaurant for a birthday dinner, etc. Wifi is included. There is a daily maid but no other services are provided.

We loved staying in the penthouse. It was spacious, very clean and beautiful.
The kitchen was very handy, the rooms were comfortable and we loved the balcony looking over dizengoff. The location is fantastic, dizengoff is filled with great cafe's and 24hr mini supermarkets very convenient.
We also loved having the apartment wiped down everyday.

We stayed in the penthouse for just over 5 weeks...
The Good - very warm and helpful welcome+ nice little starter pack, attractive decor, excellent cleaning and change of linen service, great TV, lovely terrace, good space, any minor problems/requests dealt with immediately, plenty of glasses, great air-con, great location...
The Bad, 2nd bedroom very small and not suitable for 4 people to stay for any length of time, bathroom ridiculously small for 4 people and is a weeny shower room, kitchen very small and not well equiped if you like to cook and everything is in weeny sizes, no washing machine is really a problem if you are staying longer than 2 weeks, cupboard space in main bedroom is limited to no hanging space just shelves, bedlinen was very tatty with holes and fraying.

What a great way to spend a your vacation; right in the middle of Tel aviv. Everything we needed or wanted was at our front door; Jimmy, the grocer, fresh bread from our favourite bakery, laundry, shopping. Every need or want was met by Tali or annette and every request deemed important. We would return in a heartbeat; clean, great beds, wonderful kitchen, no noise and a 'home away from home'.

3 friends and I stayed at the Penthouse which is located at Dizengoff Street (busy neighborhood with great bars, cafes, restaurants. The beach is just a 10 minutes walk away, as well as all the offices, where you can rent cars. 2 blocks away is a large public parking, where you can leave your car for 40 ILS a day.
In sum just a great stay in TLV. If I come back, then the Jaures Urban Residence is my place to stay!

This is a gorgeous apartment in a good location with outstanding hosts. We were there with my son and his girlfriend and the place had the right amount of space for everyone. The wraparound deck and ceiling to floor windows make this apartment very special. We will stay there again and are already planning our next trip.

Ten of us ( plus the odd extra visitor) came to Tel aviv for a family wedding and rented out all five apartments in the Jean Jaures Complex for two weeks. I could not have chosen better. Location was great; the apartments well designed and furnished;we all had our "space" and everyone was happy! The timber floors, white walls, eclectic touches, large windows ( with clever blinds), large balcony, comfortable beds all made the penthouse very comfortable and a great environment to be in. The Penthouse bathroom is small, but this did not bother us... there is also a 2nd toilet. The second bedroom was exceptionally quiet... In the master bedroom, the double glazing meant that most noise was eliminated, though you could still hear some street traffic occasionally...which would not bother 99.5% of people ( I am impossible!) . The studio apartments were a great design and spacious... and the so called one bedders with sofa beds in a 2nd separate room were very comfortable and more like a two bedroom apartment. The master bedrooms in the One bedders, were also exceptionally quiet. The studio and one bedders also had a great sized bathroom. All apartments had free wireless - which was fabulous. The restaurant below called "fresh" became our inhouse kitchen - where we would have breakfast and great salads for lunch. Dizengoff Street is a lot of fun, full of cafes and boutiques, and the beach is close by. Annette who manages the property, really looked after us all...answering every question and responding to every request. I could not have chosen a better location for our family.

What a wonderful find. Clean, comfortable, centrally located and private. A beautiful two bedroom apt made a family with 2 children have the space and the comfort to enjoy two nights in Tel aviv. A great price for a great location, Annette met us at the apartment (eventhough we were running late) and everything was better than expected. I highly recomend any of hte units, as they are well priced and perfectly located!

The apartment was like a dream, bright and shiny, modern, view on trees, we felt so good there, like out of this world with the city center just 3 stories below and the beach 10 minutes away. The first day I didn't even want to get out of bed. The managers annette and Tali were helpful with every possible thing and so friendly it was a pleasure being there. The proof is we booked for next year.
