We offer an amazing modern vacation, penthouse rental. This small building is in the best location in Tel Aviv. It is one block from Gordon and Ben Yehouda St., a 5 minute walk to the beach and great city attractions, wonderful restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping.
The apartment penthouse is very spacious, with 5 balconies and central air conditioning. This amazing penthouse takes up the entire 2nd (top) floor of the building. Our stay was perfect. There were 7 of us , 6 adults and 1 child, staying in the apartment. Very clean, well maintained, highly recommended. Great location by the beach for my granddaughter. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Lots of parking available. We had a problem with the air Conditioner - it was immediately fixed although a major mechanical problem - all handled quickly and without any disruption to anything we were doing. My daughter lost her gold necklace but Orna found it a week later and contacted me to let us know she'll ship it back to the us for us. Great - great - great ---

I stayed in this apartment in October 2011 with 5 friends. The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. It is a very good location with easy access to the beach and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by.
Joe (the Owner) was more than helpful and gave us a very thorough debrief when we first arrived and even arranged cabs for us to the airport.
If I do return to Tel aviv I will definitely be staying at this apartment again and cannot recommend it highly enough -

Stayed with wife and 2 adult children in DEc 2011. Flat is very spacious , clean and has everything you would want. Laundry over the road was good, Owners very helpful, Flat is as good as it reads. Beach nearby. excellnt gelati a few doors away, supermarket close. Highly Recommend

We rented this apt for our family during winter vacation! The apt is beautiful and clean. The location is great and Joe ( thhe landlord) is very nice. We would def. rent this apt again.

The apartment was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there, and it was absolutely fantastic. We stayed for a week and could easily have stayed for a lengthier trip. The apartment has fabulous open living spaces including a large relaxing lounge area with TV and sofas and a huge table for eating around, along with a well equipped and spacious kitchen. Perfect for hanging out in/having friends over. The bedrooms are simple and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space, and most importantly the apartment has air con!
The location is excellent - on Ben Yehuda and just a short walk to the beach/shops with local amenities (supermarket, launderette) and nice restaurants and ice cream parlours nearby.
Joe and Orna who own the property could not have been more helpful and assisted with all our enquiries including how to get the football game and parking.
I fully recommend this apartment and expect to return next year. -

We booked the apartment at the very last minute in person on arival in Telaviv and we treated by Joe like personal guests.
The flat was large, clean and tasteful with air conditioning, balconys, massive open plan living area and comfortable bedrooms - it was the perfect amount of space for our group of seven adults and the perfect level of luxoury to escape the stresses of London (and Glasgow).
The location is lovely, the smart arty side of Telaviv - just far enough away to avoid the crowds and near enough to walk to Shenkin, Disengorf etc.The beach is literally moments away as is the public pool - which I recommend.
If I were to return to Telaviv I would definately stay here again and have already recommended it to friends who will be travelling there soon.

Great spacious apartment, very comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen, we couldn't have asked for more. The apartment had everything we needed to make our vacation the best! The Location was in the heart of Tel aviv, minutes from the beach, restaurants and local stores.
Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again while visiting Israel

This apartment unit was very ample, with plenty of space for me and my two children. What I liked the most about the apartment was that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, it is in the center of Tel aviv, next to plenty of restaurants, markets and surrounded by beautiful parks for my kids to enjoy.The apartment was very clean and the owners were very kind and attentive.
