Apartment6 is situated on the first floor (with elevator) of a residential building in the Basel area of North Tel Aviv. 800 meters from the beach, Hayarkon Street, and the ‘Tayelet’ which straddles the beachfront and leads down to the old city of Jaffa via Neve Tzedek and Rothschild Boulevard, the apartment is only a few minutes walk from the famous Dizengoff Street with its fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Closer still is the trendy Basel Square, home to a wide variety of clothing shops, cafes, wine stores, delis, and bookshops.

This is one of those weird cases where the reality is even better than the description. The apartment is totally new, clean and in a great location. It really has a great speed internet and with a lot of local and intenational tv channels. Great shower and amenities. We had a great experience. Besides the apartment, Mati was a great host, he helped us a lot and gave us great recomendations for places to eat and go out to have fun. I strongly recommend this place and this host.

Golan's apartment is beautiful: clean, spacious and well located! He is an amazingly friendly and helpful host, easy to communicate with,always replies very quickly to emails, phone etc., and such a good guide to Tel aviv - the guidance he left was invaluable! His apartment is just seconds away from local bus stops and there is a small supermarket/shop just across the street. Restaurants and bars are around the corner, and the beach is only ten minutes walk. Perfect. Thank you so much Golan for playing your part in a wonderful trip.

We had a great time at Golan's place. It's a new and attractive apartment offering a moment of calm in the middle of a big busy city. Everything worked in the apartment (though we didn't try to cook, so no comment there). We used the bikes Golan has on offer - was great, we were at the Port (fun and nice place for tourists) in about 5 minutes cycle along the sea promenade. Food etc all right next door and basel sq was great on Friday. The aircon is good and the attractive decor makes it a relaxing room to chill out and sleep late in . Golan stopped by to see us and took some time to give us tips and check everything was cool, followed up with an email on where is cool to shop, etc. He went the extra mile when we asked for some supplies on arrival. The guy is a perfectionist and a dedicated host so we knew we were in good hands. We had fun in Ta and this was a good base with great location. Thanks Golan and good luck for the future.

Wonderful friendly greeting in English, which was great. Lots of information on the area, suggestions for dinner at a very nice neighborhood restaurant. The room is very modern, but in a classic courtyard building. It's all well-done with lots of extras available for our use -- ipad with free wifi, umbrellas.
The bed was comfortable; air conditioning was good during the stay... Location is great -- a few steps down for quick access to tourist attractions, or a leisurely 5-10 minute walk to beach and Dizingoff. Things were also super easy when we wanted to leave bags while sight-seeing before leaving for the airport. Absolutely no question that we'll stay at one of Golan's apartments if we ever get back to Tel aviv.

J'avais vu en réservant des commentaires tellement elogieux que j'avais craint qu'ils ne soient pas tout à fait "spontanés". Nous n'avons pas été déçus du tout, l'appartement était comme sur les annonces: en très bon état, rien ne manque à l'intérieur - et il est géographiquement très bien situé. En outre, le proriétaire Golan est très sympathique et efficace. Nous n'hésitons pas à le recommander !

This was the best part of my week's holiday in Israel. Staying at the flat was a perfect break, close to the Tel aviv Museum, Dizengof, the beach and lots of quaint shops and coffee places, bars and stores- I felt in the middle of everything but then had a five star accommodation place to rest. Golan is amazing- always attentitive and ready to help, very accommodating, easy going and friendly. Within five mins of arriving he had organised a cot and high chair for us. The flat is brilliant- all the mod cons and even tea and coffee. There is a shop at the bottom of the road. I would Definetly recommend staying here and will contact Golan again for any future holiday.

We booked this apartment last minute and having traveled to Israel many times this was absolutely the best place my family and I have ever stayed. The apartment is very spacious, exceptionally clean and modern and is in a superb location 10 minutes walk from the beach and next to all the cafes and shops. Additionally, the owner is very friendly and cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and at home. This is the only place to stay in Tel aviv!

What i kept telling Golan, our host/landlord, was that this place was exactly as described and pictured. The location was awesome..1 minute walk from Basel and in the heart of tel aviv.
The apartment itself was spectacular and furnished beautifully. I would describe it as the W hotels equivilant rental apartment.
Golan was a wonderful host..he helped us with restaurant recommendations which were superb and lots of info in the area.
You can't go wrong with this place! -

We had a great week in Israel and in particular, staying in Tel aviv. Organising the apartment with Golan was easy and he responded quickly to emails. The apartment suited us three well with separate sleeping areas for each of us. We really enjoyed being in Tel aviv, actually the area is called basel sq, as we had a chance to be amongst the locals and the area has great cafes and places to eat and drink. The area is mixed in terms of groovy cafes but it's also a local neighbourhood and I have great memories of walking around the streets on warm summer evenings or sitting in Little Cup café , for breakfast. The Carmel Flea Market was also a highlight where we had the chance to chat with locals. Getting around was also pretty easy. And last but not least, Golan was super friendly and helpful! I now have particularly fond memories of the city and our time staying at his apartment.

The apt was very clean with a modern style. A/C, TV, Wifi, bathroom is perfect. You have a mobilephone with an israeli number. Good location in an area animated and not far from the beach by feet Golan is a very good host, you can call him for everything and he will answer with smile. Eine moderne,funktionelle und saubere Wohnung,ideal am Kikar Bonei Hayr
(Bazel) gelegen ist.
Empfangen wurden wir von Golan,der uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat inklusive gefüllter Kühlschrank,ein Mobiltelefon und Restaurantempfehlungen.
Während der Zeit erkundigte er sich nach uns wie eine "Idische Mame".
Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub zum Weiterempfehlen.

We rented this flat for 6 days in June 2012. Golan met us early morn to let us into the flat. The flat is great, clean and well supplied with all the things you need. 2 great large bedrooms, great reception, kitchen, TV/DVD, aircon, beach towels, bikes etc. In a great area with easy access to nice restaurants and 10 mins walk to Hilton beach. Golan was veyr helpful.

It was a delight to call apartment 6 our home for three weeks this Fall. From the moment we contacted Golan, we received prompt, helpful responses. Golan was there to welcome us and very generously provided us with some food, snacks and drinks to begin our stay. He made himself available whenever we needed him, made excellent restaurant recommendations, plus listened to our suggestions and he also kindly arranged a taxi when we travelled to Jerusalem at the end of our stay. The apartment was ideal; clean, quiet, bright, with plenty of storage space and shelves, including a counter and window in the bathroom, a walk in closet in the master bedroom, excellent water pressure, fully equipped kitchen, maps and brochures provided, close to transportation, cafes and shops in a wonderful neighbourhood, three blocks from Basel Square and a five minute walk to Dizengoff Street. It had the bonus of two bicycles, which came in extremely handy for exploring the city. We highly recommend this accomodation and we would love to return.

A very comfortable apt with everything you could want including a washer and dryer. The location is perfect and having the bicycles made our time in Tel aviv great without having to drive. Easy walk to dining, beaches, and grocery stores.
The owner goes out of his way to be helpful. He even stocked the place with some fresh fruit and veggies for us. We arrived in the middle of the night and we were able to access the apt with no problem. The place is clean and everything works great. It's in a very quiet part of town and the bed was very comfortable. Fast internet was terrific.
Great value for high quality. Would definitely return to his place again!

Usually, places in Tel aviv are mediocre at best, but this apartment was super clean, comfortable and convenient! We stayed here the week before our wedding, and it was like an oasis in for us to escape the stress...Highly recommend it! Plus, the owner Golan is great :)

This is the first time I have taken an apartment whilst staying in Israel, usually I stay in hotels but right from the beginning Golan was very helpful. The apartment was lovely and Golan left us beautiful flowers and initial food that we may have needed, like milk, yoghurts, bread etc. The apartment was very clean and newly decorated and the apartment is located near to Basel Street, a very trendy, upmarket street with lovely cafes, restaurants and boutiques. I would defintely stay at one of Golan's apartments again.

I would like to recommend you this apartment where I had a very pleasant time.
The landlord, Golan, arranged the apartment with many details. You will be able to enjoy the space and the smart layout of the different rooms.
Besides, Golan proved to be fully available to satisfy any enquiry (he even left a mobile phone in the appt so that we could reach him in case).
Should I have to go back in telaviv in the coming months, I would go back there foe sure!

This apartment was everything it was advertised to be. It's in the Basel area that is not too touristy, but is close to great restaurants, shops, and many kid-friendly spots. The owner was extremely helpful and always available. The apartment had everything we needed for a summer break in Tel aviv - all amenities, nice size, satellite tv, baby cot, high chair and an elevator which was useful with the stroller. We would definitely stay here again.

The appartment is very well furnished with everything you would need including air condition in every room, a washing machine and dryer, and a completely appointed kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and one living room with an open kitchen. All furniture are new and modern (Ikea style). It is located right next to a school which starts every day with a school song. We arrived very late in the night and the owner was waiting for us which I thought was very nice. He provided us with keys and even a cell phone. There were some basics in the fridge and there is a supermarket close by.The beach and the city center is just 5 minutes by taxi. All in all a very recommendable location.

We stayed at this apartment with our two very young boys. The apartment is clean and spacious. It didn't feel crowded, and we could still have friends over for coffee. It has a great location.
This apartment is in the perfect location in Tel aviv. It is in the center of everything with just a 5 min. walk to the beach .Everything worked to perfection and the owners are the most kind and hospitable people we have ever met.

I stayed here a week this January with my friend. The apartment is in a great location, just a 30 min cab ride from the airport and a 10 min walk to the beach. It's also beautifully furnished, with really comfortable beds.
There is everything you probably need such as an iron, a hair dryer, printer, satellite tv, laundry and dryer and some basic but enough supplies for breakfast. A true home away from home.
The location was great too! Right next Ben Yehuda St, Dizengoff and Ibn Gavirol. All filled with boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars and so much more. All were great streets to wander around throughout the day and night.
The owner was great, greeting us when we arrived from the airport with a light snack and plenty of recommendations of where to eat and shop.
I would def stay here again the next time I'm in Tel aviv. -

Spent a week in this apartment with my sister and mother. Newly renovated, it was a pleasure to wake up in and come home to after a day exploring the wonderful cities of Israel.
It is situated in an area that offers good shopping(food and fashion) as well as bars and cafes for night time entertainment. It is also close enough to the beach and main streets link to all transport facilities.
The apartment itself is faultless. Very generously fitted out with a modern yet warm feel, it caters for most needs. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary for families as well as 2 plasma tvs and very comfortable lounge area. The bathroom is new with lots of storage space and the little balcony with a little fresh herb garden adds a very special touch (for me).
Loved it and would stay there again anytime! -

Having visited Israel several times, I decided to experience Israel in a different way. I usually stay at 5-Star hotels (only!!), and thought it would be fun to rent an apartment instead. We rented this apartment for one week and will never stay in a hotel again.
When we arrived, the apartment was immaculately clean and felt brand new. The location is centrally located and felt very safe. Staying in the heart of Tel-Aviv really made our trip unforgettable! -

a decent short-let apartment in Tel aviv that doesn't cost more than a hotel. I have been coming to Tel aviv for several years with my wife and kids and we dont like staying in hotels, preferring to blend in with the locals by staying in apts. The standard of short-let apts in the city has been dismal until now. This apt was apparently purpose-built for short-let stays (unlike most of the others we have stayed in) and was fantastic - plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases, full set of kitchen utensils, wireless internet, great personalized guide book to Tel aviv, cable tv etc. Every detail was thought of (including 2 bicycles to get around town, and use of a local cell phone). The apt itself has been done to an unusually high standard and was basically like staying in our own holiday home. We loved it. the location is fantastic - close to the beach and Bazel square which, apart from the sun, is like an english high street with everything you need on your doorstep. I am trying to be objective and find flaws but its really hard - the balcony is great for a coffee in the morning but is not big enough to sunbathe on, and there weren't enough chairs to entertain more than one other couple. Those really are all the negative things i have to say. A great apt done to an exceptionally high standard with all the facilities needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Highly recommended. A rare find in Tel aviv-wow!

We stayed at apt.6 for 4 nights, and we enjoyed every minute there!
The apt. is full furnished and very modern. It is also very clean.
The location is great- close to everything and in the same time very quiet.
The owner was very kind and told us about main sites we should visit during our stay. The only problem was that in one pair of the bikes there wasn't enough air, but the owner of the apt. sloved it by getting us a new pair of bike :)
We will defenetly stay there again in our next visit in Israel.
