The room we were given, while recently refurbished and spotlessly clean, was not anything like the photographs we saw when making our reservation.
The Staff were very accommodating of our needs at all times.
The beach is across the road, and there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. Downtown Tel aviv is within easy walking distance, as is the old city of Jaffa. -

We stayed there for 2 weeks. It was a nightmare! Not only the building and the appartment itself but we got robbed and Liber didn't even help us! They totally knew who stole our stuff ( cleaning crew bc they entered with a key) .
Just avoid!!!
These guys are bad and the place is not well furnished, the bathroom is discusting.

We take service very seriously and would like to clarify the issues brought about by the guest. First of all the apartment was well taken care of and fully prepared. We also provide 24 hour service in case there is any problem in the apartment and were not informed by the guests of any specific problem.
Unfortunately there has been a theft but contrary to how the guest presents it - it was by no means connected to anyone within our staff. The police was brought into this matter as in any standard case of theft. It is very unfortunate that the guests are putting the blame so easily. It is the easiest and mot irresponsible thing to do.
We have tried to help in any possible way but of course in such matters any action must be taken by the police and therefore it was handled by the authorities.
We are accommodating many customers day by day and are doing the best we can to provide clean and comfortable apartments as well as putting a lot of emphasis on service.
We are sorry that the Nacasch family felt disappointed. Surely it is most unpleasant to experience a theft and of course it shadows over the whole experience. We can not take a responsibility for the deeds of others and would have hoped their stay would be a different one.
We have and will keep doing the best we can and hope to see Mr and Mrs Nacasch at another time to be able to provide better experience.

It was my second time in Tel aviv and Liber aparments surprised me.
Many different options (smaller ones, bigger ones). I got a small one on the upper floors with a balcony with sea view...great. The apartment was nice. In that case no kitchen, just fridge and microw. The bathroom with shower. The rooms was really clean. I would just recommend to renew a bit or do some maintenence at the bathroom and the room floor. The rest was perfect, good bed, nice balcony and good air cond. The price was good and service also ok. If you want a good location, beach and good price don't think about it and book with them. -

This was an absolutely terrible experience. We made our booking based on the description at Liber apartments website which said that the building is recently redecorated privately owned block of flats.
However when we arrived there we discovered that the flat is located in standard small block of flats with some office/commercial space on the ground floor. The property was in appalling condition, the building was not recently renovated. In fact we think it was never renovated since it was originally build 50+ years ago.
The level of security was minimal; the entrance door to the building was wide open and some strangers were going in and out. There were no signs of operating locks or working entry phone. The communal area was extremely dirty, with loose tiles, old electrical wires hanging around, no light etc. The staircase and the lift were in hazardous state and could not be used without risk. The level of sanitation was unacceptable, we noticed some mice as well. The apartment itself was pretty dirty, had smell in the bathrooms.
Obviously we decided not to stay there as we could not potentially put our lives & health in to such risk. We politely described the representative of Liber apartments why we have to cancel the booking. We had to leave and made our overnight trip to our final destination which was 3 hours drive north from Telaviv and it was extremely inconvenient with 2 years old kid.
We contacted Liber apartments for refund on number of occasions however they ignored our emails as well as completely refused to talk to us on the phone, despite clear fact that accommodation we booked was not as described and clear misrepresentation took place.
We had to contact our credit card company after we returned back to London and appointed them to start legal proceeding and recover the money from Liber apartments.

Liber Apartments puts and pursues cleanness, hygiene and comfortability as first priority. Thousands of people visit and take delight in our apartments every year, and though there are always ways to get better and issues to take care of, we see a true need to make clearer the issue brought here, as we feel they don't represent the reality of things.
The apartment offered to Mr.Maslov is located on HaYarkon 198 St. This is a standard apartment building located in a pleasant, central and secure area, next to two Embassies and Hilton hotel. The building has no lift, contrary to what the guest has stated, and has no security issues whatsoever. The apartments in this building are of a high standard and as such are taken care of with great care and detail. We can hardly see any resemblance between the described by Mr.Maslov and the reality of things. The photographs of the property, advertised on various websites, reflect in a simple yet precise manner the apartments offered.
Sanitation is taken care of in a responsible manner and we see not the facts to which the mentioned claims could be attached.
If by any reason satisfactory has not been reached, we kindly ask to specify precisely as to the reasons so that we can perfect our service. Unfortunately, looking scrupulously through the current issue, we can not find the real problem causing the inconvenience, since both the condition of the accommodation and the responsibility to provide as advertised were regulated and in order.
We are always open to a critique and have responded to the guest in a proper manner directly. We never refuse to speak with our guests by phone or ignore emails.
We hope to always perfect ourselves with the help of healthy critique and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to any of our guests.
