The Tower is located in the beautiful historic area of Neve-Tzedek that was the first neighborhood of Tel Aviv.
Neve-Tzedek neighbourhood has become one of Tel Aviv's latest fashionable and expensive districts, with a village-like atmosphere.
In the Neve-Tzedek neighborhood there are artists studios, boutiques shops with unique hand-made goods, cafes, bars and gourmet restaurants .
The location is great, 10 min walk to the "Banana Beach" and walking distance to the Carmel market, Old Jaffa, Carmelit bus terminal and central Tel Aviv.

We had the good fortune to stay in this beautiful modern loft during our recent stay in Tel aviv. The building itself is a striking modern structure which is easily visible from most parts of the city as it is quite an imposing structure. The apartment is very well represented by the photos. It was a lovely modern loft with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I cannot think of anything that was missing from the apartment. There was a lovely modern swimming pool and gym on the 9th floor, with a stunning view of the city below. In addition we rented a car and were able to park in the very clean and secure undercroft car park. This convenience was invaluable. The building is perfectly located in the district of Neve Tzedek. This is apparently one of the oldest districts in Tel aviv and has recently undergone significant refurbishment and development. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the narrow streets with its interesting restuarants, cafes and museums. It was also a very short walk (10 - 15 minutes) to the waterfront and a lovely stretch of beach which was the life of the city. The apartment was also in walking distance from Jaffa, the lovely old city with a history of more than 4000 years. We were very well looked after by Yair who responded quickly to all our requests. If we were to find something to criticise it would be the fact that the television and internet were not working on our arrival and had to be sorted out the next morning. In addition there was a lovely view of the city from the apartment but the tall glass windows were dirty, partially obscuring the view. We managed to sort this out ourselves revealing our favourite feature of this great apartment - a stunning view of the city to which we woke up every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoy every second in the Tower, the apartment was really nice and very clean.
neve-zedek was a big surprise, amazing place that really felt like being in a village in the middle of Tel-Aviv.
Yair and amihai were there for everything we needed and we will be back there no doubt.

We had a amazing time in Tel aviv. The loft in Neve Tzedec tower was terific. Excellent service on all accounts. I would'nt hesitate on recommending this accommodation to any of my friends or business contacts.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, in a perfect location and was like a home away from home. The facilities were fantastic and I couldn't ask for anything more - it had everything!
I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone I know who is going to Tel aviv, and if on my next trip to Tel aviv I know where I will be staying!

It was a perfect place to visit Tel aviv.
We enjoyed the great view from the apartment to the beach
and the nice walk to the beach through Neve Tzedek neighborhood. with all the nice restaurant and cafes.
We had everything we needed in the apartment.
Yair and Sean were extremely friendly and helpful.
Check in was a bit slow after a long night on the plane but it was worth the apartment that we got.
We really look forward to stay next time and already sent a number of friends to the same place. -

The building is ideally located in the great and living Neve Tsedek neighborhood with its small streets to walk around, restaurants, shops and pretty cafes, a very special place to live in and feel Tel aviv.
The loft is really well equiped and has all the commodities needed to enjoy your stay, in a very comfortable environment.
Moreover, Yair was always available and his advices were always appreciated... We really enjoyed our stay. -
