This is a great apartment located in a wonderful area of Tel aviv. There is a supermarket half a block away and many restaurants, cafes and shops only a few minutes walk away.
Naomi provided excellent service and was there to answer any question that we had - there was a great booklet when we arrived with all the information regarding how to use everything in the apartment.
The master bedroom is amazing, very big with a great rain shower. A second bedroom has a very comfortable bed but is fairly small; and a third bedroom has bunk beds with is only a little frustrating depending on who you have sleeping there.
The apartment feels "lived in" but is very orderly and clean, not too much like you are living in someone elses things.
We felt very much at home during our stay- there is lots of living space and never felt like we were cramped in a small apartment- it feels much more like a home.
We would recommend this to families or other groups wanting to have a family-style vacation- we loved staying in and having dinner on the balcony, walking out around the Dizingoff area, to the beach etc. We had a great time there! -

The apartment was exactly as described. So comfortable and clean and the terrace was a highlight - such a great feature in the middle of Tel aviv. It was a 7 minute walk to Hayarkon Street and just another few minutes to Gordon Beach. Dizengoff Street was just a short stroll awy The apartment was equipped with everything that opened and shut and every amenity you could need. When we needed a new drying rack for the washing Naomi had it there the next day for us. We would definitely rent again next time in Tel aviv.

This apartment has everything you need for a slightly longer stay. To be able to wash our clothes was an absolute bonus and so was the roof terrace, we spent alot of time out there!
The apartment is modern and very well equipped.
The location was great, within close proximity to Ben Yehuda, Dizengoff and the beach.
I would definately recommend this apartment as a great place to stay for your holiday in Israel! -

A group of us just spent 9 days in this property and we were extremely impressed. The apartment itself was very modern, spacious & well kept. From the minute we arrived through to check out, it was a smooth process with absolutely no complaints from anyone in our party! We hope to come back next year!
A random tip- we did notice a lot of the taxi drivers had trouble finding the street as it's a small one, so I'd recommend jotting down the full name & 1/2 surrounding street names! -

This really is a superb place to stay for a trip to Israel. Very central and located in a smart part of Tel aviv, the apartment feels like an oasis, particularly after a busy day shopping or after the beach. We've stayed often in Israel and we were surprised just how high the quality of the apartment is. We particularly loved the roof terrace. The owners couldn't do enough to help us, right down to ensuring that we had all the drinking water we needed when we arrived, and we would not hesitate to rent the flat again. And parking and a view of the sea on top!

We were pleasantly surprised by the scope of the flat. It was spacious, comfortable, cozy and very well maintained. We had everything we needed and wanted, the kitchen was easy to navigate, the roof deck was beautiful, the rain shower was a delight, bed very comfortable, both levels were bright and airy and the sitting areas roomy.
We were close to everything (markets, pharmacy, cafes, transportation). Walked to fabulous restaurants, walked to the beach. All in all, the area of town where the flat is was central and convenient to the inner city and all of our needs.
We look forward to returning in 2011. -

We had the most perfectly organised holiday in this beautiful apartment. It is supremely comfortable and practical yet stylish and elegant, with all facilities and amenities for a family. It is very cleverly decorated and set up with 3 spacious bedrooms, a large terrace and a bright open plan living space with wonderful views, sheltered from the heat. The location is perfect to enjoy all the restaurants, shopping, attractions and culture that Tel aviv has to offer. It is also walking distance from the beach. We can't recommend it enough. A home away from home, just better and with the gorgeous Israeli sun!!

I came with my family so that my daughter can go to sleep away camp and was looking for a flat in Tel aviv. Through Naomi Church's management company they found me the perfect 3 bedroom duplex apartment conveniently located in Tel aviv. She arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport at 6:00am. Once we arrived at the flat she had arranged for "kitchen staples" to be waiting for us in the refrigerator. This particular apartment was on 2 levels with the bedooms on the lower level and the kitchen, dining area and living space on the top floor. The best part for us was once we opened the doors to their incredibly spacious roof garden. We enjoyed many meals outside on their roof deck that has a dining room table as well as a grill to barbecue. It was perfect. The flat was clean with all the amenities we needed including a music system and flat screen t.v. I highly reccomend this flat as well as the services of Naomi Chanoch who was always available for anything we needed.

Fed up with staying in hotels with our family, we were lucky enough to come across this gorgeous penthouse apartment in the heart of Tel aviv where we stayed during the summer. Being a duplex, the apartment has seperate living and sleeping areas which we made full use of. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony upstairs and the views of the city. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning there very soon.

This is an airy, spacious, comfortable and well-apportioned apartment which provided me with a most enjoyable stay. The rooms are well-equipped and tastefully furnished and truly felt like a home from home. The roof terrace is a perfect space and heightened the sense of luxury and space.
Its location served my needs well; close to shops, restaurants and easy access to transportation and short walking distance to the beach. -

This stunningly located duplex home is a real find. Located a short stroll from the main beaches and a stones throw from the bustling life of Ben yehuda and Dizengoff streets, the flat provides a quiet, relaxing haven despite being in the heart of the City. Every consideration and comfort factor is provided. The views from the terrace are impressive and there is nothing more relaxing than swinging in the roof terrace hammock with a glass of chilled wine watching the sun-set. All the furnishings are modern and exteremely tasteful. The fully equipped large kitchen and dining area is a lovely space in which to entertain. There is an ample supply of linens etc, the beds are really comfy, plenty of storage space, and it is all kept spotlessly clean. This is so much more than a simple holiday rental - a real "home from home". Both our sons (ages 10 and 15) loved it - so much so that we've been fortunate to have been twice. We can't recommend it highly enough. Enjoy your stay!

As soon as you enter this apartment in this truly residential and well positioned Tel aviv building you feel like you've been transported into a holiday home which is spacious, tastefully designed and homely.
It contains every possible feature you could require and upon arrival it is absolutely spotlessly clean.
The master bedroom is large and the rain shower in the en-suite is just amazing (as is the outdoor shower). The second bedroom is also big and there is a large window and loads of cupboard space. The third bedroom with a bunk-bed is functional and warm with windows the length of the room.
It was also lovely to have another living room on the entrance level and the kids spent hours there playing games and watching Dvds.
Going up the staircase which is a real feature of the apartment, you will step into another world altogether. Bright, light, spacious and modern. It is an open plan room with a fully fitted kitchen, living area (with large screen TV, satellite and DVD player) as well as a dining area. There is also a small toilet and washroom which has a washing machine and dryer.
The best part of the apartment however is the large outdoor space with enough room for a large dinner party (with a BBQ), or for simply relaxing in the sun and soaking up the views of Tel aviv. It is so quiet up there that you feel more like an observer than a participant and is therefore an oasis of calm in the bustling city below. Relaxing after a day on the beach is a real pleasure.
The location couldn't be better with a 10 minute walk to the beach, two minutes from a large supermarket, two minutes from Rabin Square with loads of restaurants and shops there and a minutes walk to your very own private parking space (a rarity in Tel aviv).
In short, a great place to stay in all respects.
