The Royal is located in the most prestigious part of fashionable Dizengoff St. This Tel Aviv holiday rental is surrounded by Cafes, Boutiques and Restaurants. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the Beach and a 15 minute walk to the trendy Tel Aviv Port which has activities for all ages for 24 hours a day and also has a great variety of cafes and restuarants and is quite the center for Tel Aviv night life. In about 7 minutes you can walk to the trendy Basel area where you will find some great cafes and designer shoe shops as well as very original boutiques. You can also take a quick sherut ride to the Dizengoff Shopping Mall or further on to the Rothschild Boulevard and all for the price of a bus ticket. The locaton is quite the best in Tel Aviv. Just in the direction of the Ben Gurion Boulevard you will find an authentic French delicatessen with as good a selection of cheeses you can find anywhere in Paris. IN the opposite direction towards the Nordau Boulevard you will find a boutique bakery with an amazing choice of pastries and breads.

Six of us stayed at this apartment for a week in May this year. The apartment was every bit as bright, spacious and well furnished as the pictures on the website suggest. All the amenities worked as promised: the lift, washing machine, dryer, wifi, cable TV in every room. The location is superb, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, with bars and restaurants all around, and with a bus stop almost outside the door. Also, two 24 hour supermarkets on the doorstep.
Annette and Tali were quick in responding to every query we had.
Absolutely everything we wanted. We'll be going back, and I have already recommended to friends -

My husband and 5 other friends rented this unit for 2.5 weeks and loved it! Tel aviv was our home base for our stay in Israel and we couldn't have picked a better unit. Annette was so great to work with! See graciously answered all of my questions (I had a lot!) and the check-in was a breeze.
The apartment is centrally located in a great neighborhood, just two blocks from the beach. It looks exactly as the pictures show, was spotless and well-appointed. We cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed.
This is the perfect apartment for a family or group of friends traveling together. It's really comfortable and a great place to come home to at the end of a day of sightseeing.
Everything you need is in waking distance. There is a grocery store right downstairs, Atms,a great cheese shop down a few blocks, restaurants, bars, cafes, car rental, you name it. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to renting from annette and Tali during our next visit to Israel.

We loved our stay in the apartment. Each of the comfortable bedrooms had a private bathroom and flat screen tv. The living area had a good size dining table overlooking a very lively street. Noise from the street or within the building was not an issue. It was very handy to have the convenience store right below the suite. The owners were great to deal with. Annette promised that everything would be ready for our arrival and indeed it was.

We were very impressed with all the services you and the apartment had to offer. It was comfortable and the services in the apartment were more than we expected to have ie, Wi-fi, additional Tv's, washing facilities and a bath.
