Beach holiday apartment: on Bograshov street corner Ben Yehuda, 2 minutes walk from the beach, walking distance from Neve Zdek, Yaffo, Hacarmel Market, Alenbi and the Dizengoff Center. The apartment is full of light, renovated and fully furnished. The building is renovated as well. The appartment is quite, with two spacious double bedrooms and an optional pull-out double bed in the living room. Balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer, cable TV and free internet access wifi. Large parking area adjacent to the building. Area: 80 sqm (861 sq. foot)

We had a wonderful time in Israel, and thought that this was a great place to stay.
The location is great---it is very close (2 blocks) to a large beach with many amenities, as well as adjacent to numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. A supermarket is literally across the street.
Despite the hustling neighborhood outside, the apartment was quiet indoors.
The amenities for kids were great---crib, high chair, etc. Wifi worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
There is a public parking lot outdoors, right next door, which was very easy to use---with a little patience, you can get a spot (you essentially line up to get in when someone gets out). I cannot stress how difficult parking otherwise is in Tel aviv---this parking lot was a lifesaver for us.
Dan, the owner, was very responsive and easy to deal with. Booking was very easy, and I felt that we were treated very fairly.
In short, the apartment is highly recommended. -

This apartment is really well located close to the beach, shops, cafe's. Spacious 2 bedrooms with a separate living room area. Rooms not right next to each other which was good. Went with a child and crib and kids toys were at the apratment - very helpful. Would recommend to other travelers.

With the hustle and bustle of tel aviv, you want to be assured that you have a trustworthy landlord and a great location. This apartment gives you both. While corresponding with the landlord via email all my emails were promptly returned which eliminated any ambiguities I might have had. When I finally got to tel aviv, the rental was exactly as described in the ad. The rooms are large enough for couples, extra linens were provided including sheets and towels. The rental had a washing machine for clothes in the room where the shower is located. For our nights in, we made dinner in the kitchen which had all of the pots, pans or cutlery that one would need to make dinner-including a gas stove. Besides the two large bedrooms, there is a room with a tv and a futon in the event that someone nEeds to sleep there, and in my case that came in quite handy. Additionally speaking about the location- you will not find a better location. There are restraurants, coffee shops and a shopping mall all within a couple minue walk (the beach is also literally a 2 minute walk.lastly, the landlord was very accommodating and will do anything to help you. Enjoy your stay!

We are a family with small children and an elderly mother and stayed at this apartment. We found it to be well located - within walking distance from the beach. Also it is on a road that is well serviced by buses and taxis so we were able to travel extensively using public transport which was also cheap. There are several well known eating places within walking distance of the apartment and a grocery shop across the road which stocked all the conveniences and food that we needed during our stay. The Landlord was very accommodating and it truly was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. We shall be back!

Situated within easy walking distance to the beach which was great for my kids. There are several food shops and groceries just across the road which suited us well as it was a self catering option. There are many popular restaurants and eateries near by as well. The street is well known and is serviced by buses and taxis making travelling very easy and very convenient and cheap without a hired car. Landlord was very considerate and easy going.

I write as a family of 3 (2 adults and a baby). It is a nice appartment the two double rooms are spacious and the bed we slept in was comfortable. In the second bedroom the bed folds into the wall which allowed us to use it as a playroom which was ideal. A good quality cot and high chair was also provided at no extra cost.
The flat was very clean when we arrived, there were lots of towels and bedding provided. The location is very near the beach and on a road with many cafes and shops, it is a brief walk to the Dizengoff shopping center.
The landlord was very flexible in terms of check in/out time and the process was very easy. There were no surprises.
The whole experence was very good, and even when we ran into trouble the landlord also helped us by finding us a local doctor (which was not something I was expecting).
The only negative about the appartment for us was the lack of bath tub, (hence comfort give 4 and not 5 star) but I think this typical of Israel to have a shower.
Recomended.

the place is in a fantastic location in the center of tel aviv and near the sea.the owner is very polite and disponible and house is quite large for a family of 5-6 person and is provided by all necessary electric devices(tv,air conditioner, washing machine, frigidaire)
