This is a modern building in a quiet residential neighborhood back of Arlozorov st. It is steps from the historic Cafe Henrietta where Moshe Dayan and top generals planned the Six Day War, or members of Israel Kenesset having cappuccino or some soup on a cold day! An easy stroll to the great shops, mini markets, banks and cafes of Arlozorov, Even Gvirol and Kikar Hamedina, and not far from Azriely modern shopping complex.
The location's great advantage is the easy access. Excellent public transportation within Tel Aviv and other cities in Israel by car, bus or train or bicycles.

The layout separates the sleeping areas on opposite sides of the apartment and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
There is a modern kitchen and a separate dining area. In addition there is a utility room with washer and dryer. there are air condition and ceiling fans in all rooms. A spacious apartment on the 3rd floor of a 15 story building.
In a quiet residential location back of Arlozorov st. in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Just below the building are several cafe/ restaurants and grocery stores. ATM just in the corner of the block.
Our location is prefect for business travelers, a couple that like quality spacious living while enjoying the city, a family that would like to travel and see Israel and any one that is getting medical care at the hospital. Suitable for Elderly and Wheelchair Accessible.
We love our location its so practical, and central. We love the easy walk N. S. E. W. or get the local city bicycles at the end of the block. Cross the street and take the 480 bus to Jerusalem or train to Haifa or the airport.
If you have friends that drive in to meet you they will not have a problem to find parking. This is uncommon for Tel Aviv.
Parking can be arranged in the building's secure lot for $90 a week
