My beautiful apartment Is located in the most perfect Tel Aviv location. 3 minute walk to the beach and to the famous Dizengof, Bugrashov & Ben yehuda streets. Short walking distance also to the "Carmel Market", Rothschild boulevard, Sheinkin Street and Nachalat Benyamin. Around the corner you will find many shops, Cafes & restaurants, where you can meet all the true Tel Aviv crowd, but the apartment is situated in a nice & quiet residetial street (Shalom Aleichem) which is just far enough for you not to hear or feel the "Hustle and bustle" of the city once at home. We stayed at Tsviki's Tel aviv apt. for 6 days and we had a wonderful time.
The apt. looked better than in the photos, very big, very clean and beautiful. Tsviki met us at the apt. even though we arrived late at night, he explained us everything and gave us also maps, city guides and tips about restaurants etc.
The location was perfect. Quiet, but still in the middle of city center and very close to the beach ! We will come again ! -

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) went to Tel aviv for 10 days .
Everything was very simple to organize . Tsviki was always available by phone and by email
No delay to get the keys. Appartment beautifully decorated, comfortable , close to the sea + the area is very nice. No delay to give back the keys.
This is the kind of stay you always wish, with everything which goes well. For sure, we will come back for our next holidays in Ta.

Absolutely recommendable! We spontaneously decided to spend a couple of days in Tel aviv in the end of November and were happy to see how everything worked out so easily and quickly with Tsviki, the owner. Even in his absence everything was perfectly organised. We found a clean and sunny appartment that met all our needs. The appartment's location is probably one of the best in Tel aviv: the beach, a grocery store, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance!

This is a perfect holiday rental
It is very clean and has good accommodation for 2 couples
It is modernly furnished and light and airey
Tsviki is an excellent owner and is keen for people to enjoy his apartment
The location is conveniently located to the beach and we enjoyed swimming in the morning and having breakfast at the beach and returning in the afternoon for another swim
around the area are cafes and supermarket within walking distance to the apartment
It is a relaxed walk to jaffa port area and to the northern beaches in the other direction
The value is excellent
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment

the apartment of tsivki levin is as shown on the fotos. fillid with light super-clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice area in tel aviv, near the beach. you find avereything nearby. Cafés, restaurants, bars for exaple in bograshov- ben yehuda-, dizengoff-street, which are just "round the corner". the apt is fully equipped. We spent one week with 5 persons (2 small kids, 3 adults) and everything was fine. Tsiviki a a great host. Every time, we called him, he helped us, gave information, tipps etc.
Everything was well organized, even to get the key in the middle of the night, when we arrived in TLV. We had a good contact to Tsiviki also before travelling, so that we startet well informet. So, we can recommend the apartment an tsviki as host very much!!! -

We had an amazing time on this apartment, we stayed for just over a week. The location is simply amazing - 4 minutes walk to the beach and to the main streets of Tel aviv. Â Having said that- the street is vey quiet.
The flat is has a modern kitchen and shower, something which was lacking in the previous apartments we rented in Tel aviv.
Tsviki was a great help to us and gave us all the information we needed. Extremely recommended! -

I stayed here with my parents 2 weeks ago. After 5 visits in Tel aviv - I can say that this is the best place we stayed in. The apartment is very big and full of light, The aC was strong and really helped us not to feel the Tel aviv hot weather, The TV is great and the whole apt. Was very bright and clean. Tsviki, the owner, helped us to find theater tickets to a show that had English subtitles and it was great. We will always prefer to come to this apartment than any hotel. Merci !

I spend a great time in Tel aviv just recently. The apartment had the perfect location to explore the city and relax at the nearby beach. I did not have to compromise on any of the equipment I am used to at home. Everything was clean, well maintained. But apart from the functional aspects which can be seen on the pictures I must stress that Tsviki was a great and charming host: giving me all the information I needed (places to visit, restaurants, markets, etc.). I will certainly return. Thanks to Tsviki for contributing a lot to a great vacation in the wonderful city of Tel aviv.

My husband and I. plus two friends from London arrived to this wonderful flat to celebrate Tel aviv Pride. All I can say is that it exceeded our expectation by a mile. Not only is the location exceptional, but everything else about it. The decor, the style, the atmosphere. We wanted for nothing. The flat has literature and non literature books to enjoy, the TV is more than satisfactory, having both local channels and cable TV, the bathroom just radiates personal style. What I liked best about this flat is that it feels as if you are part of the city and culture from the get go. The host went beyond himself to make us fee; welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back here

Tsviki was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and he showed us how all the appliances etc worked. He is very kind and friendly and all telephone numbers were left on the fridge for taxis, restaurants etc. He had loads of maps and phrase books which were extremely helpful.
The apartment was just as described and it was like being home from home. The location was perfect- approx 5 mins from Dizengoff Centre and the beach - 2 mins from supermarket and loads of restaurants and very near buses with routes to the stations and the central bus station.
There are double beds in both bedrooms, so really more suited to either 2 couples, or one couple and one single (we have two grown up children, so one slept in the bed and one on the couch, but that was no problem as there was enough linen provided). Otherwise a perfect holiday and we will definately return to this apartment. -

We decided to leave our hotel on the beach in the middle of our Tel aviv stay and found this great apt.
It was located 2 minutes away from the beach and we paid half of what we paid in the hotel ! The apt. Was beautiful and we felt like locals. will be back. -

I don't usually write in these forums. But I felt the need to this time. Tsviki's apartment was just as we thought it would be, maybe even better. What made it extra special was the authenticity of Tel aviv that you felt in and around the apartment and especially with Tsviki. He was so welcoming and helpful . Ordering taxis for us, helping us with directions and with places to go We felt like we were visiting family. That just doesn't happen to me often.

Very nicely set up, clean and comfortable. The owner, Tsviki, couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Awesome location near shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. Be aware it is on what we would call the third floor in the USa.
Has tons of windows you can open up for amazing flow-through breezes.

I just wanted everyone to know that my apartment is located in a little street called "Shalom Aleichem", which is considered to be one of the most quiet & green little streets in Tel Aviv... The great plus in staying at my apt. is that it is very central and yet still very quiet :) -

The apartment was clean, well equipped and the owner was waiting for us as agreed.
The flaws are that the apartment is in the third floor with no elevator, that would have been useful to know if traveling with a small child, the bathroom need substantial upgrades and the washing machine even ruined some of our clothes.
Last but not least, we received a very odd email from the owner complaining about the cleanness of the apartment after we left. We did not ask for any discount and the advertisement did not specify that the apt should be returned spotless clean.
Overall, we would recommend it with the caveats above described. -

I stayed for a week at the beginning of March when the weather was bad but the heating was fine. Although I arrived late at night the owner was at the apartment to meet me and explain how everything worked. It was comfortable and well-equipped. For me it was ideal as a base from which to explore Israel. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach and is close to shops and restaurants. My only problem was parking my car. I couldn't do it nearby. I look forward to staying again.

We just returned from a 5 night staty at this apartment. It was in an excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants and within walking distance of the carmel market. Apartment is exactly as advertised and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend it to couples or families. Parking lot nearby.

We stayed in this apartment in October 2011 for 3 weeks (family - 2 adults with the child, 4 years old).Very nice, specious apartment, comfortable and cozy. We all felt alike home from the moment we stepped in and enjoyed greatly to spend our holidays there. Brilliant location, real 5 minutes walk to the beach and famous Tel-Aviv see promenade (near King David and Sheraton hotels).Very quiet and nice street in the heart of Tel-Aviv, just 7-8 minutes' walk from Disengoff shopping center and just around the corner to Borgashov Street with all these nice cafe, small shops and all necessary services. Absolutely great landlord, very helpful, reliable and kind. So we had really excellent stay and in case we decide to come once again we definitely will try to rent this apartment again. We'd like to thank our landlord for very good accommodation!

We found this apt. when we were already in Tel aviv. At the beginning we stayed in a hotel by the beach and we didn't like the room (which was 220$ per night !!) so we decided to look for an apt. and that's how we got to Tsviki's apt.
The apt. Was 2 minutes away from the hotel ! (and from the beach), it was much more beautiful and much bigger (2 bedrooms and a big living room).
The apt. was really nice and sunny with flowers on the windows and at the evening there was nice breeze from the sea.
We felt like locals, did our shopping in the supermarket around the corner, had beautiful breakfasts at home and had a great base for our 2 week vacation in Tel aviv.
We even invited a friend from Paris to join us spontaneously (we had an extra bedroom) and we paid much less than what we paid in the hotel !
Tsviki was great and gave us many secret tips about Tel aviv (great city !!). -

Three single adult friends rented this apartmnet for 8 nights. The owner was waiting at the rental when we arrived. He was extrememly helpful in pointing out nearby restaurants, markets and of course the beach. There was a great supply of towels, dishes and linens for use. The beach really is moments away. The rental is close to everything yet the street is very quiet.

We love this apartment and have been there four times now. It feels like home away from home and the location is fantastic, in the middle of the city yet very quiet. Landlord Tsviki always makes sure you are comfortable - available at any time to assist with problems, provide useful and fun info, in other words making sure you enjoy a great holiday in Tel aviv. The lovely apartment has everything you need and more, such as big widescreen TV, DVD, washing machine, a well equipped kitchen, even a nice selection of books, maps and guides etc. You're near the beach, lots of restaurants, cafes, terraces and shops right around the corner. We find this apartment the perfect base for our Tel aviv holidays.

I had the chance to rent this place many times. It is the ideal location for a perfect Ta stay, halfway between the beaches and the Dizengoff area. Don't usually tend to write reviews, but I had to this time! Flew to Tel aviv for the first time with my husband. Had no idea what to expect. Was greeted by Tsviki, the owner, who was so kind, warm and helpful. Made us feel very much at home. The apt. was located right by the beach and all the shops and cafes. It was super clean, new, very spacious, filled with sunlight and had a nice modern Mediterranean feel to it. (especially love the washroom) When coming back to visit this amazing city, I will be sure to stay here!

This apartment was the perfect setting for our 10 days in Israel. It's Tel aviv location was perfect for access to the beach, restaurants and all the sites in central Tel aviv. Plus, it was easy to get in and out of Tel aviv from there to visit other locations around the country. The facilities themselves are great - a new air conditioner was installed during our visit. It easily accommodated our family of 4. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

My partner and I rented this wonderful apartment during our last visit to Tel aviv
and will surely rent it again on our next visit. The place is specious , beautiful and spotless
very comfortable and well equipped, it served us for 10 days as a perfect home a way from home.
The apartment is perfectly and centrally located just a minute walk from the beach and many nice local cafes restaurants and shops are just around the corner.
The owner is a lovely guy, very friendly and fluent in English, he gave us many useful and great tips about the city and recommended other trips in Israel.
We would recommend this place to any of our friends.
