The apartment is in a 5 apartment building with a lovely green yard. It is a quiet, charming north Tel Aviv street that is three minutes from a beautifully landscaped park that leads you right down to the beach. The park is equipped with a children's playground and an outside gym for adults. City life is literally right around the corner (one minute walk) and includes everything from grocery shopping to fancy boutiques, markets, restaurants, trendy bars, cafes, etc. and excellent public transportation. The perfect combination of quiet, nature and the action of a bubbling city!

I stayed for 6 months in Deborah's apartment. It is a very nice apartment on the first floor with a small balcony over looking beautiful fruit trees.The apartment is very well situated, a few minutes walk from the beach. ?t is very well kept , very clean and the owner who lives on the same building tries to make your stay there as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend it...

Situated in a quiet street,the apartment is conveniently close to the beach on one side and a shopping area on the other.
The apartment is comfortable and includes all the necessary appliances to make your stay uncomplicated.
The owner treats you as if you were a personal guest, and is always available to answer requests, and provide advice, if needed.
I had an enjoyable stay, and am looking forward to being back in May. -

We had a nice stay in Ta, and found the apt to be very attractive. The owners, Deb and Ron were especially helpful to us in getting to know the neighborhood, and meeting our needs.
When we return to Ta, we certainly will stay there again. -

we have rented this beautiful apartment 3 times already and were highly satisfied!the first time was June 2009 for guests of our wedding whom came from Montreal first time in Israel, they were very happy with the location and cleanness of the apartment and so year later when we came to visit our family in Israel (we leave in Miami) we contact Deb and Ronnie and we rent it for 2 months. it made our vacation so great because the location is excellent, close to beach, city center, pier, night life etc. plus it has every thing we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and so on so it doesn't feel like a hotel it really feels like home! this year we came back for another month (Sept 2011) with our new born son and it was just perfect for us as a family as well! comfortable and pleasant!just like home...

Owners Deb and Roni have designed/furnished and care for this spacious apartment w/balcony overlooking beautiful bougainvillea, as if they were living here -- every aspect has been carefully thought through to accommodate guests. It's convenient to city buses, the sea, city life, yet on a quiet and typical residential T-A street. Enjoy!

The apartment is indeed beautiful. It is large, light, airy and very comfortable. We are welcomed with fresh flowers and plants, the decor is very restful and pleasant. It is spotlessly clean and has everything we need in the kitchen to prepare meals.
Deborah Singer Lipetz and her husband Roni are very helpful and welcoming landlords, we could not wish for anything or anyone better! -

Our previous experience has been that the photos look better than the rental. In this case, it was the opposite!
Apartment is convenient with all appliances and amenities needed. Landlord actually asks if there's anything else you'd like or if you can suggest improvements.
Decor is simple yet elegant, with subdued colors and a feeling of comfort and warmth. Every room is squeaky clean,which includes walls, floors, windows etc.
Proximity to the beach is a real plus...it takes about 6 minutes to walk there. We swam at least once/day, such a pleasure in July.
We also walked under 5 minutes to main streets, such as Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda. At any time of day or night, we were a a few blocks from grocery shopping, the boutiques, restaurants, cafes, night clubs, main arteries, you name it. We didn't have a car and we enjoyed gorgeous rides along the boardwalk on bicycles. We also went to museums, galleries, and theatres by bike in about twenty minutes.
Yet the apartment, being set back off a side street, was calm and peaceful. We both enjoyed our stay to the max, and the price is right! -

Staying at 8 Vitkin was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The service was warming and welcoming as it gave a homey feeling. The location is perfect for those who like to be in the center of things and close to the beach. The apartment is nice and neat, has everything in it. I'll definitely come back again as I really enjoyed the place.
