This apartment is by far the best vacation rental experience I had! The apartment is practically new - very well maintained and very quiet. It looks exactly like the pictures on the website - maybe even better - unlike many other vacation rentals who turn out to be a faded reminder of their advertised appearance... Everything feels clean and smells fresh. It is stocked with all the equipment needed for an extended stay plus a washer and dryer. The location is superb - I walked to the beach in the mornings, strolled to the hottest restaurants by night, and having a parking spot in the heart of the city is priceless! Most of all, Golan made the entire experience a sheer joy with his hospitality, friendliness and helpful approach. I will definitely stay in one of Golan's apartments next time I'm in Israel!

Apartment is exactly as advertised. Great place, great location, and immaculately maintained! Golan was very kind and welcoming, making sure that our stay was as joyful as it was. We were 2 adults and two small children, and the apartment was perfectly suitable for us.

Golan the owner was very welcoming. The two bedroom apartment was kitted out to a very high standard. The location could not be better as it is only two minutes from Dizengoff Shopping Centre and is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The location is very secure and safe. An Israeli mobile phone was provided which was a great help during this trip. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It exceeded all my expectations."

We really loved the hominess of your flat. You have thought of really every comfort. I felt very at home which is very hard for me to do. You have a beautiful home here and we especially loved your very large shower. I loved waking up the streets. We are Ohio, so obviously we were thrilled with every aspect of the ocean!! The Village apartment at Zamenhoff was home to us for our two week stay in Tel aviv. We've rented apartments and houses in the us and abroad many times, and I can easily say the experience we had at Zamenhoff stands out as the best. The apartment is impeccably maintained, tastefully and comfortably furnished, and fully equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen has everything anyone would need to cook and serve meals. There is ample bed and bathroom linen as well as a cell phone, Wifi, two televisions, and a washing machine and dryer that we used often. Cleaning service is available for a small additional cost. The apartment is located in the center of the city steps away from buslines and taxis. It is walking distance to the Performing arts Center, the National Theater, The Tel aviv art Museum, the seaside, a 24 hour convenience store, and many of the best cafes and restaurants in Tel aviv. But more than the facility itself, Golan, the owner of the apartment, added something very special to our stay. He is a pleasure - reliable, personable, and helpful. He knows Tel aviv well and always had good suggestions, when we asked, for restaurants, getting from one place to another, events to attend, and places of interest to visit. And that began at the time we first signed the rental contract through the entire planning phase of our trip prior to our arrival. Golan responded to many emails requesting that he purchase tickets for us for cultural events, make restauarant reservations, and offer practical advice. He was at the apartment when we got there and greeted us with a big smile and a platter of fresh Israeli fruit. He stayed and toured us through the apartment to be sure we knew how everything worked, was always available when we needed him, and was never intrusive. Our best endorsement is in the form of the reservations we've made to return for a month long stay next winter.

Great place! Beautiful renovated apartment, everything you need (Wifi, maintenance and kitchen excellent!), and Golan is easy to contact with questions. The apartment's central location makes it easy to access bars, coffee shops, and markets, and its situation in a quiet neighborhood means you won't have any trouble falling asleep at night-a difficult combination to find! It's walking distance from the historical Rabin Square and the shops on Dizengoff Street (including Israel's first mall)...all in all there is something for everyone, and at a reasonable price!

well i ve stay with my friends in apartement number 1 it was an amazing stay
the flat was clean and sunny... air conditionning in all rooms ...
I stay 7 days in the apartement .. my friends and i recommend this flat ...very good location ..very quiet building ...shops around the corner open 24h a day

I spent 9 nights at Golan's apartments. It is in a great location. There is plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops right down the block.
Great Neighborhood style pub and local transportation around the corner.
Having the beach a short walk away was a nice although I went to the pool at dizingoff center top.
My experience with Golan was very straightforward.
We met as arranged at the flat for handing off keys. I appreciated that he was punctual. He answered my emails fast. Having the local cell phone was convenient and helped me save some $$. The apartment met all my needs and more.
The mattress gets extra credit! Super comfy.

We had the best time in Golan's apartment!
The apartment is a spacious 2 bedrooms with a bathtub and rain shower, like in a presidential suite!
The kitchen is fine as well.
It looks better than the photo. It was clean, provided white towels for the shower and extra beach towels. The flat was very clean.
Golan welcomed us with some fruits and drink which was nice.
Weird thing to think about- for the first time we got an apartment with toilet paper!! Thank you Golan!!! (Last time we rented a flat that didn't give even one!)
There aren't enough words to describe this location which is by far one of the best if not the best!
Restaurants, Bars, grocery shopping, Dizingoff center all within walking distance.
Golan suggested great places close by and it was easy to find great spots yourself by just walking down the neighborhood streets. The amPm on The corner was a great bonus for buying the evening drinks/food/candy.
The Carmel market is not far as the Rothschild Blv. The short walk to Dizingoff Street is great as it's at the end of Zamenhoff st, were there is a small 2nd hand market on the weekends.
I must recommend 2 landmarks around the corner-
(1) The Magician (Hakosem) - The best Falafel place in Tel aviv. Seriously look it up on Google and you'll see yourself!
(2) Berti- A great restaurant to eat dinner at. Rated#1 on Trip advisor. When I said I'm sleeping at Golan's place we got a free appetizer and dessert.
The beach is a good 8-13 min walk away.
In total this is truly the place to stay and Golan was super helpful and was a big part of making our family vacation so successful- Thank you Golan.
In the future I will def be back.

This was a great place in Tel aviv. Location gave us easy access to everything. The bikes were a really nice bonus as we left our car and rode everywhere in the City with no problem. Golan was very helpful and was attentive to our needs. We arrived in the middle of the night and he made it all very easy for us to arrive and get into the apt. A nice bonus was food in the fridge and bread for breakfast.The bed was very comfortable and hanging out in the apt was nice. Internet speed was fast. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment

Our stay with Golan was absolutely amazing. He was so welcoming and helped us settle in with maps and guide books for the area and suggested places to go a visit. The apartment itself was beautiful. Perfectly clean, elegant, modern, comfortable. Air conditioning was great for the hot summer air and having a washer dryer that worked was very helpful. Highly recommend anyone to stay there.

In short, we really enjoyed staying in this apartment.
It is located very centrally, close to one of the main shopping areas and there are great restaurants at hand. It's only a short and pleasant walk to the beaches.
The apartment we stayed in (Retro style) was modern, clean and very well equipped. Despite being centrally located, the apartment is very quiet as it is located on a small one-way road so there is very little traffic. The apartment was exactly how it looked in the photos.
Prior to booking this apartment, we were finding it very difficult to rent something as many owners tend to use multiple agents and when you try to book one, they come back to you saying it is booked, which wastes a lot of time. Golan was easy to deal with, very responsive and the booking and check in/out process was a breeze.
I would definitely recommend Golan's apartments. -

We stayed in the "retro" apartment on Zamenhoff Street for a week in June and found it to be really well stocked with essentials like paper goods, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.; with dishes and cookware, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The beds were comfortable, the aC worked really well even in some seriously hot weather, and the building is well located to get to anywhere you want to go in Tel aviv. Golan was very easy to contact, and always returned calls or emails promptly. He was also very helpful with suggestions about restaurants and stores, and provided lots of guides and maps in the apartment. There is WiFi in the living room, and large flat screen TVs for those who value them. If I go to Tel aviv again, I would definitely want to stay in the same place. I highly recommend it!

We contacted Golan on how to get the keys to the appartment and he was very flexible about time and place so that made a very good first impresssion. When we arrived at the appartment, we were stunned! Imagine a 5* hotelsuite and you get an idea. Clean floors, leather coach, glas dining table, nice kitchen, two lovely decorated bedrooms with high comfort beds and a bathroom to dream of. When going on a holiday with 2 couples, this is the ultimate place to stay. If you want the same space and comfort in a hotel, you'll pay at least the triple amount of money.
I would advice the owner to put a few more pots and pans in the kitchen cupboards. People who don't want to have a taste of the excellent Israëli cuisine every day, will have even more fun staying at this superb location.
It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach, 10 minutes to Rothschild, 3 minutes to Dizengoff center... the appartment is situated in the heart of the city and yet, there is no noise! We will definitely go back next time we're in Tel aviv. -

This apartment has a bathroom to fall in love for!
The spacious flat is located in the back of a building, mezzanine floor, therefore has no views but is quiet enough to sleep with windows open. The kitchen has no dishwasher, and the floor plan is different to the shown one. The rooms are well designed, have very good lighting and enough storage space. The bathroom has a wonderfully big rain shower, and some of the furniture, the dishes and cutlery come from Ikea. Good mattresses. Also, washing machine and dryer are very convenient.
If you plan to make use of the DVD, work station or daily newspaper, doublecheck with the friendly young owner. He tries to solve any problem immediately. -

Very good experience with this stay. Dealing with the owner from the start was very easy. He was very professional, and everything he said was true and accurate. The apartment is in what I think to be the best location in Tel aviv - very central and near all amenities. It was simple to get to the shook, down towards south tel aviv/Neveh Tzedek, to the beaches, and to the north area of tel aviv. If you want grocery amenities these are plentiful in the area.
The apartment itself is neat, spacious and has food facilities. We cool most of our meals and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and linen etc was new, clean and tidy.
The owner was very helpful. He was a phone call away, and any issues or queries we had he was straight back to us - nothing was a problem. I highly recommend staying at this apartment. If we come back to tel aviv, we will stay there again for sure!! -

Newly redecorated apartment on first floor. Very comfortable. Second half bathroom came in very handy with more than two people staying there. Master bedroom had queen bed. Second bedroom had "double" size bed. Fantastic master bathroom.

What more can I say? The place was a great fit for us first timers to Israel and Tel aviv specifically. It worked very well and with a little effort we soon became regulars on the public transportation system.
We had the best time thanks to this gem of a place.
The whole experience was perfect from the time we where greeted with all the great tips and instructions.The place is so well decorated,clean and comfortable .Great the location in the center and having the beach (Frishman) 10 min walk away and access to some great markets such as the Carmel, Nahlat Bunyamin and of course the food market on the weekend in Dizingoff center. We hope to return soon...
Advice to others - just do it! I can't imagine anyone regretting the experience. -

We were two couples who stayed at this apartment during our stay in Tel aviv and we had an absolutely lovely experience. The owner, Golan, was friendly and helpful. The apartment clean and of high quality materials. We had had differing experiences with renting short term in Tel aviv but this definitely lived up to the photos. I can only recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment with a group of 5 for almost 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment was big enough to accommodate us 5 without problems and it never felt too crowded. It is very conveniently located almost in walking distance to anything you want to see. Unfortunately we did not stay for holidays and could not see everything we wanted to see, so we will just have to come back - we wouldn't hesitate to book with Golan a second time. Highly recommended!

Nice place and great location...The listing photos were very accurate and reflect the apartment's appearance. Easy to deal with and good follow up with owners. If . A super safe, tree lined neighborhood with cafes, bakeries, and restaurants on every corner. It never cost us more than $8 us for a taxi to most areas of the city. The nearby shopping mall has nearly anything you may need.The popular places are all packed...Other than that the street is quiet so you get the best of both worlds. We also liked the the fact that evreything was within a short walking distance so e didn't need to deal with taxis/car/parking/traffic.

My Wife and I stayed in Golan's apartment for a week in March 2012. Golan was very professional and extremely flexible, helpful and friendly. He was always ready to do an extra mile and to do things beyond what was originaly discussed. The apartment was reasonably priced, very clean, well equipped and maintained, modernly decorated and comfortable (what you see is what you get). The location was great too - close to supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, ... We highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit this charming city and would definitely stay in there again.
