Nice apartment in very good location, with easy access to everything in the center of the city. There is a falafel place around the corner- you must eat there. Also as recommended by Golan we ate the award winning restaurant Berti that is rated #1 on trip advisor and is literally less than a 1 min walk away. Once we mentioned were Golan's guest we were treated with extra care and even got free desert!

We are a family of 4 with two teenage sons. We found the apartment to be in a fantastic location close to great restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was modern, clean, beautifully finished and presented. The wifi was the best we experienced anywhere. The washing machine/dryer was excellent. Golan was very easy to deal with by email and on arrival gave us helpful information to orient ourselves with the neighbourhood. Providing a local mobile phone was also very helpful. We look forward to coming back for a longer visit and would recommend the apartment to anyone.

We stayed in one of Golan's Zamenhoff apartments (Village) for ten days that, unfortunately, ended last week. Would've loved to stay longer. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable. And Golan is an excellent host--takes care of all the little details without any delay. He even got us a parking pass! Highly recommended.

I have stayed in many places in Tel aviv and I must say, this flat takes the prize. Most flats in tel aviv are rustic looking with minimal amenities and on top of that they are very expensive. However, it is clearly evident that the landlord has not spared any expense when designed this flat. All of the appliances are modern, there is impressive drywall work whereby the ceiling lights are recessed which is uncommon in Israel, the shower is beautiful with stone walls, and the two bedrooms were very comfortable. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen for the days when you do not feel like going out to a restaurant, a large television set and comfortable couch. The pricing is very reasonable, and for what you get, I do not think you could find a better bang for your buck anywhere else. Lastly, the landlord made himself very available to us whether it was questions about the flat or questions regarding sightseeing. So, whether you are a family or just a couple of friends traveling together, I would highly recommend this flat for your stay in tel aviv.

Tel-Aviv gave us - a Swedish family of four - a warm welcome -and so did the apt. Centrally located near Dizengoff centre and many cafés and restaurants. Beach(es) reachble with a 15 min walk. The apt is very well planned, very nicely decorated with many items from Ikea - (which like home to us Swedes from Ikea-land)- two good-size bedrooms with grand lits and a joint balcony. Combined kitchen/living room and a very modern bathroom with both shower and tub. Our landlord Golan was most helpful in suggesting places to visit and good local restaurants.
We would definitely recommend this apt as a perfect place to stay when visiting Tel-Aviv. -

The apartment is comfortable, new and very nicely furnished. It has a very cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and two beautiful bedrooms. Very clean. You feel like you're in your own home.

Centrally located, in a very quiet area close to Dizengoff centre, restaurants and beaches.
I would definitely recommend this property to others who plan to visit Tel aviv.

Nous sommes rester presque une semaine dans l'appartement "Retro". Tout est neuf à l'intérieur et tout était très propres. Le service est irréprochable (serviettes de toilettes, bains, telephone mobile local a charger avec carte...) et le confort omniprésent (du fer à repasser, lave linge, seche linge, cuisine...) etc.
L'emplacement est idéal (10 minutes de la plage) et en plein centre ville.
A recommander sans aucune hésitation pour y aller et y retourner. -

This is very comfortable apartment with everything you could want including air condition in every room, a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen is completely appointed. All furniture is new and modern, both beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and everything works great.
The apartment is in a quiet street, the beach and the city center are 15 minutes to walk. The location is perfect to walk in Tel-Aviv and also for lunch, dinner and other usual activities, there is a 24-hours supermarket close by.
The owner is very helpful, always available, we arrived very early in the morning and that was no problem. There were some basics in the fridge for us, it was very nice.
We will definitely book it again.
