The apartment is located at Ha'Yarkon Street, the street of all major hotels in Tel Aviv,
30 sec walk from Gordon Beach.

I can't recommend this place enough. This is a fantastic location, 2mins from the beach, cycle stops, restaurants, supermarkets, car hire - it has everything you need.
The boys (Amit and Idan) are wonderful hosts and such lovely people. We would only stay at one of there apartments when we are back.
The place itself is clean and comfortable, sunny lounge room with view of beach. We had breakfast and lunch at the apartment as there are cooking facilities (limited) but enough to pull a meal together.
It even has a car park if needed.
Why stay at the Hilton when you have everything and better at the place.

We stay last year ( 2012) in this apartment it was clean and walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants. When you wake up in the morning it have a nice view to the beach. The kitchen is small but just enough to make the breakfast and have all the first aid utensil to cook.

What a great place! Perfect location, well-appointed and well-kept apartment (unusual for Tel aviv), gracious hosts, just perfect.
Checking in and out was easy. There's a parking spot right in front of the apartment, which is also not common nor easy in Tel aviv.
The hosts were friendly, patient, helpful, available, and didn't bother me.
The apartment is very clean, well-organized, and has everything you need. It was fun to lounge around.
The WiFi worked well all the time on all my devices. -

I proprietari sono simpaticissimi bella posizione dell'appartamento, non esitate a chiedere consigli, informazioni sono disponibili ad ogni ora. A pochi passi da ogni diveritmento e bar caffe e in fronte spiaggia.
Il servizio di pulizia e efficace e l'appartamento e pulitissimo.

First of all I'd like to say that the apartment is very clean, very sunny, perfect condition, and perfect location in one of the main street of TLV just in front of the sea (not on the sea as there is a road between the apartment and the sea/promenade). The bedroom is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and there is lots of place (large wardrobe).
Also in comparison to other rental apartment, as my parents and my 2 sisters were renting in TLV as well, it is much better; price include electricity and local phone. And when you are in Israel and have to reach your family all over the place it is very convenient to have free phone! There are 2 large flat screen TV with a huge amount of channel even italian and french one.
there is a small kitchen very handy to make breakfast or making sandwiches. Although my husband cooked some pasta one night it is not really convenient for cooking...but who need to cook during holidays there are lovely bar and coffee and small restaurant just few minutes walk from the apartment!
What else, there is also a washing machine which was very handy as we stayed a full month with our 4 years old kid.
And last but not least, the owners, 2 brothers amit and Idan, were really welcoming and helpful. They even got a baby sitter for us one night, and she was very nice and gentle with the kids. You just need to ask them and they got solution for you.
Don't miss this apartment during your next stay in TLV it's worth it! -

We stay for three days in this apartment is very good location is five minutes walking to the grocery store, 2 minutes walking to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is right in the tourist area. It has one room and one bed sofa. The Kitchen has all the necessary accessories for cooking. I recommend the apartment 100% . Also the owners are very nice and help you to know where is the basics location to have a good time.

First of all, the owners were very kind with us.
Always looking to help and answer to our questions.
The apartment was idealically located just on the front beach ( near the main beaches of the city ) and, indeed, the sunset is amazing from the living room !
All the apartment was really well furnished and with good taste !
A very successfull design atmosphere so that we could chilled out after a long day of walking along TLV or partying... :)
A very nice experience, long life to "Shoreside apartments" !
Nb : We had a problem with our flight ( 24 hours delay... ) and then even refund us a night without asking anything; how cool is that ?!!

Great apartment. Very large, stylish and clean. Cross the road and you are on the beach. Owners really helpful. Would definitely recommend.
