Stayed in the apartment april-May 2013. One block from promenade. Walking distance to Carmel Market, Allenby, Rothschild, Dizenghoff, Jaffa, etc.
The outside of the building does not give you a good impression at first, but so too many of Tel aviv's buildings, especially in the southern part of the city.
The owner/manager is very accommodating. If you do not plan to spend much time indoors (and I do not expect one would) and looking for a reasonable priced place, this is the one.Response from ereza or eranchick - 05/17/2013

HI VAL THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEW BUT YOU DIDN'T RIGHT THET THE APARTMENT IS ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH THE BUILDING NOT KNEW YOU RIGHT. LIKE MOST BUILDING IN TEL AVIV, BUT THE APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY RENOVATED INSIDE AS BRAND KNEW ,AND WELL EQUIPPED AND COMFORTABLE L FOR 3 OR 4 GUEST ?

Located 1 block from Tel aviv's beautiful beach, walking distance to great restaurants on Ben Yehuda (ok, a bit of a walk... 15-20 min), HaKarmel Shouq just a few blocks away... this a great location and Erez makes it a good value. I was initially a little dubious (and afraid of how much the electricity might cost as an added charge) but my fears were put to rest. Erez was very accommodating, electricity wasn't too much and my whole family enjoyed having a place we could feel comfortable in. Don't be scared off by the exterior of the building, many apartments in Tel aviv are like that. Go in with your eyes open, this is not a luxury place, you will need to clean up after yourself but it's a great value!

great area one step from banana beach big market few step a way dizingof street is 5 minutes away, great public transportation near all hotels shops reasturant's; apartment was very clean and well maintained; queen bed in the bedroom and sleeping sofa for 2 in the living room great for your money

We recently stayed here (3 guests total) and were very comfortable in this apartment. The living room has a sofa that turns into an actual bed. Very comfortable and clean. The building looks old on the outside (like many buildings in Tel aviv) but the apt on the inside is completely brand new. The location is amazing. 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, nightlife. There is no elevator but the apt is only 2 floors up. The service was great. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great value for your money in Tel aviv.
