The apartment is totally newly renovated in 2012. It is fully furnished and equipped and has a great ambiance. It has a small balcony facing the green and it is very quiet. The location is one of the best in Tel-Aviv - in a small residential building in a wonderful area in the north of the city. The neighborhood is safe all day and has great atmosphere. Just a minute walk from Hilton beach, and 5 minutes walk from the new port of Tel-Aviv, shops, restaurants, and Park Hayarkon are all in a short walking distance.

My wife and I have just returned from a month long stay at 10 Jabotinski and only have the highest praise for the apartment and the owners. The apartment is located steps off busy Ben Yehuda street but is remarkably quiet because it faces the rear of the building. The apartment is in an older building but the unit itself has been recently entirely renovated, so everything is brand new and in working order. The decor we found to be warm and very pleasing to the eye. The kitchen was very well equipped and the presence of a washer and dryer made a big difference for us as did the additional half bath. The balcony was not large but faced onto a green area which always provided very relaxing views. The louvers on the living and bedroom windows worked at the press of a button to give total privacy at night. The heating system was particularly effective in a city where many apartments are difficult to heat in the winter. The apartment is located in attractive Northern Tel aviv a block from Independence Park and the Hilton Beach. Public transportation is readily available on Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff Streets as are cafes, restaurants, banks, and supermarkets. The owners Tal and Hillel couldn’t have been more helpful. When we had trouble operating an appliance they immediately came over to introduce themselves and remedied the situation. They provided a free cell phone for our entire stay. Every week, they emailed us to arrange a time for the weekly maid service and never failed to ask if there was anything they could do for us. If we knew our schedule for next year we would book the apartment again immediately.

My wife and I were in tel aviv visiting family. The location is absotultely phenomenal. Perfectly centrally located, easy getting everywhere in the city - bus, minibus, city bikes, everything nearby. Good restaurants, breakfast places, supermarket and cafes.
The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and warm. There is a cleaning person that comes once a week to keep everything on the up and up.
We felt it was a home away from home for us and we enjoyed our stay very much!
The owners are lovely people and very easy to deal with, easy to get a hold of and do the maximum to help make the stay as good as possible. They also offer a Israeli cellphone, included in the price, so it is very easy all around.
Would definitely stay there again! -

I've rented a few apartments over the years in T/A and have had awful experiences. Thank goodness that time is over. I loved it! The photos do not do it justice. You couldn't want a better location as it's opposite one of the best cafe's on Ben Yehuda and the beach is about a minute away. The apartment itself is gorgeous and I'd like to design my house on it. Small balcony looking over the back gardens and not over the street where it would be noisy. It's in an old building between 1st and 2nd floor. Owners Tal and Hilel (lovely people). Equipped with everything you could possibly need. I stayed there alone but the sofabed is big enough to have friends there. Please treat it nicely; I'll be back!

The apt has been newly renovated. The living area is spacious and cheerful and the kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, etc. There are actually 11/2 baths. The apt has a lovely bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room. The location was great and it is right across from one of the best cafes in all of Tel aviv (great pancakes and omelettes). Our only complaint would be that the building could use some updating and the homeowners assured us they are planning to do some "fixing up" over the next months. The homeowners also kept in touch with us which gave us confidence that if we had a problem, they'd take care of it. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Ta.
