Located right in the heart of Tel-Aviv, Gush Halav 10, is a 2 bedroom apartment (70m²) and gives you all the benefits of being in the city, with a quiet and secluded retreat. We got perfect service from a very helpful Mr. Gorman. During the whole process of renting the apartment from abroad (Holland) and when we were on the spot as well. The apartment was newly painted and everything was brand new (minimal minus: in the living/kitchen a curtain was missing in in front of 1 window). It had everything we needed and more. The outside sitting area was worth a medal: spacy, shadowed, green and private. The central location could not be better. Busstops and taxi's within 100 metres. Restaurants and shops as also. The biggest minus was the loud noise (not all the time) of a building site nearby. The parking area can not easily be entered (a small car and a good driver are a must). Because we were 5 grown-ups 1 slept in the living/kitchen. This made it a bit overcrowded. My judgement: between 8 and 9 out of 10! I would immediately and without hesitation stay there again.

We stayed for 10 days at Jonathans apartment and loved it.
Jonathan was very helpful with the booking and even showed up at 5 in the night to deliver us the keys when we arrived. He also showed us around the neighbourhood.
The apartment is cosy with 2 small bedrooms, a nice living room and well equipped kitchen and a good bathroom. Absolutely perfect for a small family or 2/3 solo travellers.
The terrace is absolutely amazing!!
Definitely recommend this place!
