An outstanding garden apartment located in the heart of the city in a quiet beautiful street. Just 7 min walk from the beach and 3 min from the Carmel market, shenkin street and dizingof center. very central yet very quiet.
It has 2 seperated bed rooms with double bed in each room.
a living room with comfatable sofa for 1 person to sleep on and an extra single bed with nice mattress for another person so it's perfect for up to 6 people
The apartment is fully luxury equipped: it has an kitchen with every thing u need for cooking and u don't need to buy any water because u get a machin with cold and hot filtered water.

We had a great family holiday staying here. The location is excellent and the flat is very well equipped. It was a great place to stay as a family with grown up children. Ran was very helpful, and dealt with any issues very quickly. One thing to point out, there are major building works in the area, so the flat is quite noisy during the day, but you can't hear it in the bedrooms. Overall a really brilliant place and we would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is amazing with an unbeatable location. It has a beautiful little garden and it is just a few meters away from nearly everything (bars, restaurants, clubs, beach, etc...)
Ran is a great person and the best host you can get, we will be back soon!

After much searching for a nice looking, affordable apartment that could accomodate three friends, I was delighted to find this place. A great size with two big double bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed - perfect. There is plenty of space to chill and relax with a lovely living room, dining area and garden. The kitchen is big and well stocked and the bathroom well maintained. Clean and tidy, the apartment really does offer everything you need to compliment your stay in Tel aviv.
Just a short walk from the nearest beach and perfectly located to the Dizengoff shopping centre and many of the cool and trendy bars, clubs and restaurants in the best areas of Tel aviv.
Ran the owner was on hand to offer any assistance that might be needed and was extremely helpful and friendly.

i stayed at that amazing apartment for 10 days and it was perfect. we
were 4 people and we had lots of space, 2 bedrooms with double bed in
it
the garden is a huge plus, we loved sitting there every evening after
a long day at the beach and having our breakfast in the fresh air
the location is really nice and central: 5-10 min walk from the beach,
lots of cafes and things to do around
Ran is a really nice guy, gave us lots of tips and was helpfull
cant wait for my next visit

We stayed in this appartment in Tel aviv for a week and we are very satisfied with our stay. The appartment is very well located close to everything; the place is clear and very clean. It also has all the facilities you need. I would return to this appartment with pleasure.

This apartment was perfect for us. We were four people and hired this apartment as a base to see the entire country. It's got a garden, although we did not use it much. The kitchen was great and there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
We also rented a car and parked it in a nearyby car park. The rates were very reasonable.
Ran the lanlord is a nice guy and we were delayed on arrival but he waited cheerfully for us to arrive at 2.00am.
We only eat in the apartment once, but it had everything we needed. It was perfect for four.
We went to the beach a lot and it is only about a ten minute stroll away.
We would certainly rent this place again.

Very good location in a quiet but central side street. The apartments
had all the amenities you can wish for and was perfect for 3 people
preferring their own bed. Ran was very cooperative and provided us
with all the info we needed to know.. Highly recommended
