Firstly, Michal and Dan are a gift to Tel aviv, such caring people with
pure hearts. The apt was beautiful and clean, with all the amenities one would desire for a stay in Tel aviv. I was fortunate to have called this apt home, for a month. And it broke my heart to leave.
A magical place.
Thankyou for this gift.

AnchorageWonderful Tel aviv accomidation
Left on 04/06/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We recently returned form a wonderful 2 week vacation in Israel. We had the opportunity to stay at casa-tata in Tel aviv for 5 of those nights.
casa-tata was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do while in Tel aviv. There is a city park, Meir Garden, a few minutes away where we
got morning coffee from the cafe there. We walked to the Shuk/market, as well as the beach, shops, mall, and many restaurants/cafe's nearby.
casa-tata is located on a busy street, but the apartment is to the back of the property, and we didn't find the street noise to be overwhelming.
The owners, Michal and Dan were very welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were responsive to our questions, and gave us excellent recommendations regarding things to do, and places to eat. Michal reviewed the map they provided, and pointed out places of interest. They even provided us a "welcome basket" for Pesach!
The apartment was clean, and included all the necessities for our stay. It was stocked with coffee/tea, enough linens and towels. We appreciated the use of the washer/dryer.
The apartment is ideal for 2-3 people. We were a family of 4 staying there. Our daughters shared a bed, and even thought is was tight, we made it work for us.
We had a rental car, and as there is no parking at the property Michal and Dan arranged for us to park at Dizengoff Center; a 5 minutes walk away.
We would recommend staying at casa-tata, and would stay there again if the opportunity were to arise! -

San Diego, CAThe best of everything for us in Tel aviv

You'll find Casa Tata set back from the bustle of Bograshov Street and up a flight of stairs, where the approach to the front door also serves as a pleasing balcony space among the taller buildings around. Inside is a fully-modern loft unit with three distinct living spaces, reliable wi-fi and satellite TV services, and a kitchen ready for preparing home-cooked meals. We certainly made good use of the Nespresso machine at the end of our long journey into town, and each morning thereafter. The washer and dryer, located outside behind the unit on the balcony, would have come in handy had we had time to use them. We did have a rental car and found the best parking option to be across Bograshov, up a ramp to the Dizengoff Center parking structure, 15-60 ILS per night depending on how early you are able to exit the garage in the morning.
I had to work on my (American?) habit of taking long showers, as the electric water heater had a fairly limited capacity, providing hot water lasting about 10 or 15 minutes. The owner will ask you to manage the water heater's power switch so as to only have it on about 20 minutes in advance of needing it. Also, furnishings in the upstairs loft were limited to one nightstand and one clothing rack, but we ended up using the dresser unit in the living room downstairs for keeping some clothes.
We enjoyed very hospitable service from the owner/manager throughout the reservation and check-in process. When I landed in Tel aviv and found that my baggage hadn't made it, I was nervous for a moment about choosing a flat rental instead of hotel, which would have had a full-time staff and local contact number to receive my bag when it did come in. My reservation contact, however, was more than willing to assist with this situation and field calls from the baggage office. I am pleased with the relationship we established and will definitely look up Casa Tata when I return to Tel aviv! -

Me and my friend decided to stay in Tel aviv while exploring it and Israel.
Casa Tata is an amazing place, refurnished very recently in a very tasty manner. Location is perfect as you can walk everywhere in TLV, close from shops, bar, Rothschild and the seaside.
I can't fault it.
The cherry on the cake is obviously the owners, Dan and Micha who gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful in any of our queries.
Thanks again for this lovely place which made our stay in TLV even better. -

My friend and I are retired professional women who enjoyed our first visit to TLV at Casa Tata.
We hold especially fond memories of this truly outstanding vacation home. We have both worked in the design field, and done a fair amount of international travel, so we do have a background of experience from which to say that Casa Tata is truly something special !
Nestled amongst the taller weathered apartment buildings typical of TLV, this top floor apartment in a two story building has been beautifully and tastefully redone, inside and out. Finishes and furnishings are warm, charming and reflective of the locale.
Location within a small group of single family homes gives a sense of space and a lovely view of vine covered roof tops and mature trees from the wonderful wrap around veranda.
Especially appreciated were the thoughtful extra touches such as provision of scented candles with lighter, french press, quality linens, Nespresso machine and picnic basket with Thermos. Also nicely equipped kitchen with gas burners and pretty dishware.
Casa Tata is best suited for couples who will enjoy the wonderful loft bedroom.
For non-spousal traveling companions, such as my woman friend and I, the fold-out downstairs bed is comfortable, especially for those prefering a firm mattress. When the high quality sofa-bed is folded out, the TV area becomes a lovely little sleeping alcove, which would also work well for children.
I am planning a return visit to Casa Tata to share Tel aviv with my husband at our earliest opportunity.
I thank our hosts at Casa Tata for making our visit to Tel aviv such an enjoyable one.
The right accommodation and caring hosts are essential for an enjoyable visit,
This is especially true for those visiting Tel aviv and Israel for the first time.
I highly recommend quiet, beautiful, well-located Casa Tata; an oasis amidst the lively hustle and bustle of Tel aviv. -

It was a real comfort to come home at the end of the day ... the location was perfect, close to everything, many cafes, restaurants and even a home style bakery and a Gelato place
The details and thought put in to make the stay comfy were amazing.

Casa Tata TLV is an excellent option for resting after hanging around the city.
A nice place for having a romantic stay. Quiet and neat place.
Nice balcony for the morning tea and the evening book.
It was great as we invited a couple of friends and made an awesome dinner. Instead of being invited, we were the hosts, it was really nice.
The owner is a super nice guy. Has this smooth sense of humor and he and his wife are willing to help you have out the best of your stay in the city.
