Located 20 seconds from the beach, this apartment is a street away from the David Intercontinental hotel and close to many restaurants and museums.
It is also walking distance to Nahalat Binyamin and the Shuk Hacarmel.
Apartment is fully furnished including all Kitchen appliances and utensils, TVs, internet and, of course, air conditioning.
We also have two bicycles which we can leave in the apartment for your use.

The apartment is not fancy and does not have great views but it has adequate space for a family of four, good storage space, serviceable kitchen facilities and supplies/cookware, and the apartment was clean . The location is very good, just across the street from the Dolphanarium beaches, the promenade, and located just down the street from Tel aviv's Carmel Market. Good restaurants are within walking distance. If proximate beach location is one of your most critical criteria for selection of an apartment, consider this apartment. I doubt you could find another one at this price with close proximity to the beach. David and his parents are very nice and helpful, and very responsive, particularly in comparison to other apartment owners we contacted.

In my quest to find a clean comfortable place near the beach in Tel aviv, I came upon David’s apartment. The apartment had plenty of sleeping space for me, my wife, and our four kids ages 8, 10, 13, 18. It is a fully furnished apartment with amenities such as a full kitchen, AC, TV, internet, and washing machine (no dryer).
Parking was available on the street (if you catch a spot) or at a parking lot around the corner for 25 NIS or $6 per day.
The apartment is less than a 5 minute easy walk to a very beautiful beach, making it a perfect location for a family or group that is going to Tel aviv for the beach.
David, the owner, was very helpful, very honest and easy to do business with. When we arrived he walked us through the apartment and offered to give a tour of the area.
If you’re looking for a polished cheeky place to stay then you would be disappointed with the apartment. But if you’re looking for a nice, comfortable, roomy, hassle free place to stay with family and/or friends near the beach, then David’s apartment is the place to be. -

David and his apartment are just incredible! I found this apartment for my parent's friends. The came here for summer vacation, visiting Israel for the first time, and David's apartment fit them perfectly. The apartment is very convenient, thanks both to it's location, by the sea, and its equipment and design. David himself was a great host - recommending great places in the area (with detailed maps and names), helping us contacting locals, and all together, just a very kind host. So if you're in Tel-Aviv, I'd sure suggest you to consider David as your host.

I was there with my 2 teenage girls and the place was just great.
The proximity to the beach and to the hot spots of Tel aviv made this place a real catch.
The owner was very kind and helped us during our stay with tips and information.
The price was fair for what we got - will probably be back again next summer.
