Description

Cantamar is a two-floor, three-bedroom, cabin-like house ,

The house is fully furnished and it's located in San Bruno, in the beautiful Esmerald Coast of Yucatan-

It has a front terrace with wooden posts and a french tile roof with an incredible ocean view ideal to hang your hammock and enjoy the sea breeze.

The bedroom downstairs has a small terrace with a great ocean view even from your bed. This down stairs bedroom has no AC, how ever it has ceiling fans and it is very well ventilated.The main bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and air conditioning and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Rooms and bathrooms are wide and spacious.

It has a good size kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances: stove, refrigerator, toaster,blender, coffee maker, dishes, plates, pots and pans, utensils and silverware.

The livingroom is decorated with parts of boats found at the seashore that came from shipwrecks: paddles, rudders, buoys, instruments etc. It has a dining table for 6 people and a kitchen counter with high chairs , SATELLITE TV and,HIGH-SPEED INTERNET Included, rocking chairs, A ,DVD player, beach chairs and hammocks.

At the Village of Telchac (7 minute drive) you can buy groceries at the convenience store and fruit, meat and vegetables at the market in the main

plaza. They also have a small hospital for emergencies or first aid. I

The house is 20 miles east of Progreso, which is the most important port in Yucatán. Here you can find a big and USA -like supermarket with everything you might need, a bigger hospital, and a small shopping center with 4 movie theaters and many handcraft stores. First class restaurants and night clubs are found

at the "malecón", boardwalk. (The front beach main street of the port). Cruise

Liners stop at this port . Three hundred meters away from the house buses come back and forth from Telchac to Progreso. However, renting a will make your stay much more enjoyable and

comfortable.

The closest airport is Mérida's International Airport (an hour away). Cancún's International Airport is 4 hours away by car.
