This was our second stay in Ghostriders #10--once during winter and now during the summer. This has been our favorite condo stay in over 30 years of rentals. The location and views are ideal. We love the unit. The furnishings are all comfortable and the layout is perfect. We had everything we could have wanted. Telluride alpine Lodging is so helpful and never seemed annoyed with all my phone calls and questions. Read more

Thank you for your review. We apologize for your disappointment in regards to the fireplace but we do not advertise this unit with an actively working fireplace. In our unit notes, it states that the fireplace has been "out of commission" since 2009. The owner has scheduled an extensive facelift to be done Spring 2012, including the fireplace.

This place made for the perfect Telluride experience. Skirted the downtown area such that it was quiet and not too busy, but still close to gondola and within a short walk to the main strip. The furnishings and decor were of high quality and pleasing. Had all the appliances and household items you need. Loved all the windows and how it was next to the river. Cool breezes throughout the days (summer). Also loved having the deck on the roof to cook on the grill or just sit and relax. The views up there were rich. And there are plenty of hoola hoops for the whole family to hoop it up at the same time. haha. We stayed at this condo right after staying in #12 (#12 looked like it was furnished for frat boys who might trash it) in the very same building. Same price, but by far superior accommodations ( a huge contrast). Would definitely like to spend time there again. Read more

We love Ghostriders for location and comfort. We travel in a large group and it is difficult to meet the needs of everyone in our group but this unit does. The hot tub is close and parking is great. We love the deck upstairs. Although the fireplace did not work, we would still recommend the unit. Read more

My family (six adults and 2 kids) has stayed here the past two summers for a week at a time, and will be staying again this summer for another week. This condo is in a great location in town. Two of the bedrooms, the kitchen, and living area are right next to the river and you can open your window to the cool breeze and sound of the river. You can walk right out of the condo and start your hike up Bear Canyon, walk to the gondola, the grocery store, a short drive to park and walk up to Bridal Veil falls, walk to the Jud Wiebe Trail, and of course town very easily. The rooftop deck is also very nice. There is a picnic table and benches and a small grill. The grill was definitely usable, but for a 4 bedroom condo the grill could have been bigger. The kitchen had all your basic necessities, and the bedrooms had all the linens you would need. Overall a great condo, and a great location. Note that you are only give one vehicle parking pass for the unit. Read more
