SKI IN AND OUT CONDOMINIUM IN TELLURIDE MOUNTAIN VILLAGE CORE. The Terraces on the Meadow offers the very best value in truly deluxe accommodations at any time of year. With the Meadows run and Lift 1 right out the door, few locations have ski access as convenience. The Meadows area of Mountain Village is a 5 minute Chondola ride to the Village Core in winter and a free taxi ride away from the rest of the Village all year long. These recently built units are all beautifully decorated and furnished.

We love this unit, it fits our need perfectly however everyone on the trip seperately commented that it was beginning to show some signs of wear.
We entered the complex and the smell of sewage was over powering, when we entered our unit going in to the master bathroom made your eyes water the fumes were so bad. Periodically, someone needs to enter these units and put some water in the traps so the sewage smell doesn't come up through the sinks and drains. Litterally our eyes were watering. Also, take a look at the blind over the door leading to the patio. Someone has bent it so badly that the solution someone has come up with is to tie it up out of the way. This looks pretty darn ghetto. The floors are getting pretty dinged up but I realize this is quite an investment. The boot rack out side the front door is broken on one side and pretty sad...someone probably set their luggage on it, Welcome mats in entire complex are worn and old. This property is starting to fall down in "curb appeal" which I realize bleeds out past this specific unit. But all in all, this is still our preferred lodging. -

Overall, the unit was nice. A couple of downsides were that the unit had no a/C and the day we arrived the area was in a hot spell. The inside of the unit was at least 100 degress and no windows had been opened prior to arrival. We called the emergency line and the support person stated that someone should have opened the windows. Lastly, the sleeping accomidations were a little lacking for adults. The beds were extermely uncomfortable...the fold out couch should be trashed.
