This condo was perfect for my family. It has four large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. My brother who is over 6 feet tall was even comfortable in the bunk room. The shower in the master bedroom was awesome, four shower heads! Read more

We really liked this unit 2 years ago when we stayed here, but had to call maintenance back then to try to fix a few things. Nothing was really fixed - just a bandaid approach to last while we were there.
Two years later we figured the problems would be fixed, but they weren't.
When I called, TL sent someone over very quickly to replace toilet innards on running toilet, fix the shade in main level bedroom (which was a problem 2 years ago and never fixed.), repair broken window cranks on 4 of the windows - again a problem 2 years ago (took 2 good ones off main level - had to order new ones - so we could open the only 2 windows in one of the bedrooms, which made the main level ones inoperable), and brought some potholders and dish towels - same things missing as 2 years ago.
A second repair guy showed up 20 minutes after 1st one with a list of items to repair - evidently from previous renters - which we hadn't even noticed yet! (TL was very understanding and quick to respond!)
Also, the TV in the living area is almost impossible to use - 2 years ago even maintenance couldn't figure it out - and this year I got it working just by accident so we just left it on the entire time we were there - needed entertainment for 85 year old grandma and during rainy weather 3 out of 4 days! Some written instructions would be
This is a pet friendly unit so the furniture is very worn and soiled and floors need refinishing. One of the few reasonable places with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms for our large extended family trip, but probably wouldn't recommend it due to it's poor condition.

We have rented numerous places through TaL and this was the best so far. We will definitely rent again; love all the extra room and that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Only downside is one of the bedrooms is right off the kitchen so whoever sleeps there gets woken up by early risers; otherwise no complaints.
We couldn't agree with you more! The large great room makes the perfect gather place for groups. We'll see you on your next trip.

This is our second time staying in Cimarron #6. It fit our group of 10 adults better than any other property we have stayed at over the years and would definitely book it again. We like having to walk the approximate mile to and from town park because of the exercise and the fact that it is quieter at that end of town. Our only problem - little as it may be - was that there were no instructions as to how to work the television on the main level. Given that there are numerous remotes, we were never able to get the right combination to turn on the TV but at least we were able to turn on the radio to listen to the festival. The TV in the master bedroom was also a problem. When I stayed at #6 two years ago, I followed the written directions and was able to turn on the TV but found I couldn't change the station. As a matter of fact, it was still on Nickelodeon this year as it was two years ago. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful accomodation. Read more

Located near entrance to town with fantastic views from 3 sides - end unit. A bit of a walk to get to downtown, especially for elderly people.Kitchen and baths all nicely appointed, but living room furniture really soft so awkward and uncomfortable to sit in. Several little maintenance issues needed work - TV in living room never worked and maintenance guy couldn't figure it out, shades in main level bedroom kept falling off the mount, and kitchen was missing potholders and other small things. Overall, a beautiful condo we would gladly stay in again. Read more

Great location, great floorplan. We had 4 adults and 6 kids so it was great to have all of the living space on the main floor. Very spacious! Our kids also enjoyed the bunk room. Steam showers were fabulous. We hope to come back to this same unit next Fall. Read more

We were in Telluride for a wedding. Our family of nine stayed here. Nice bedrooms, nice bathrooms. The great room and kitchen were spacious. All in all, much more comfortable than hotel rooms. It's located at the edge of town, so there's about a 10 minute walk into town and to the gondola.

Thank you so much for graciously finding us a place to stay with a dog. Jennifer (I think) ext 126, was wonderful! I could not say better things about her. She called me back after my panic of needing to bring a dog and gave us a lovely place, she was a delight to work with. The condo was lovely, everything was perfect. Read more
