EASY ACCESS TO THE SLOPES - LIFT 7 OF THE SKI AREA (ONE OF ONLY 2 SKI LIFTS IN TOWN) IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET! Lift 7 serves beginner/intermediate/expert terrain.
THE SAN MIGUEL RIVER & RIVER TRAIL ARE ALSO RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. The waters from Colorado's tallest free-falling waterfall, Bridal Veil Fall...s, and Ingram Falls in Telluride's box canyon together form the headwaters of the San Miguel, one of the last undamned rivers in the State. The River Trail is a beautiful flat walk that runs east/west along the San Miguel (east to the Town Park and west out along the Valley Floor) for year-round recreation opportunities.
THERE IS A REALLY NICE NEW COMMON INDOOR/OUTDOOR HOT-TUB/STEAM ROOM RIGHT AT THE SOUTHERN END OF THE HALL. One of the tubs, the steam room, a shower & bathroom are inside and the second hot tub is now outside, looking right up at the Ski Area across the street! This area is password protected and available 10am - 10pm daily for your use & enjoyment. A perfect place to celebrate a great day of skiing.
TELLURIDE'S LARGEST GROCERY STORE (Clark's Market) is in the building LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Clark's is open 7am to 9am and offers full deli/butcher services. It's a 30 second walk. How easy?
A BRAND NEW DELI (Zest Deli, opened January 2012) is also in the building RIGHT NEXT DOOR.
The NEW TELLURIDE VISITORS CENTER is located above Clark's Market and also RIGHT NEXT DOOR. The Visitors Center is a great resource, with info on all the current happenings in and around Telluride.
SHIP IT/COPY IT is RIGHT NEXT DOOR AS WELL. This company provides custom packaging/shipping options (including luggage, ski & snowboards) for your Telluride travel. They also provide copy/print/office services. Ship your stuff out and have it waiting for you right next door when you arrive!

Clark's Market is open from 7am to 9pm for all your grocery/breakfast/lunch/dinner/misc needs - couldn't be easier. When walking to the short covered distance to the grocery store you'll pass the new Zest Deli and Telluride's new Visitors Center as well as the Ship It/Copy It store.
It is a clean split-level end property with sunny south and east orientation.
Entry is on the lower level.
Living, dining, full kitchen and storage room are on the mid level.
Bedroom, full bath (with tub) and washer/dryer are on the upper level.
The living level has two couches including a queen pull-out sofa sleeper, a 4-person dining table, breakfast bar with stools and a nice kitchen with full size appliances including dishwasher. A large bedroom has big western facing windows, King size bed, full size dresser & mirror, a walk-in closet (with extra pillows/blankets), two clock radios and a wall mounted TV and DVD player. The updated bath located off the bedroom has a travertine marble vanity, marble floors, stacked washer/dryer (with detergent, fabric softener, etc), shower/tub and Kohler toilet.
The shops, galleries, restaurants & bars in the historic commercial core of Telluride's Main Street are just a few blocks away, as is the free Gondola to the Mountain Village which you can also use for ski access. You can easily walk to the Gondola year round (under 10 minute walk), or you can always jump on the free Galloping Goose town bus which comes by the property on West Pacific Avenue every 10 minutes (20 minutes after 8pm). The Galloping Goose will take you right to the front door of the Gondola station.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most convenient year-round locations Telluride has to offer with super easy access to the Ski Area and grocery store.
