You will be pleasantly surprised to discover this spacious condo which feels more like a house. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the living room overlook a 3 acre park-like setting. Sitting on the leather couch next to the fireplace enjoying hot cocoa or perhaps a glass of wine, you can look up and see the skiers descending to town.
Convenient and centrally located, the condo offers easy access to a plethora of fun activities. The ski lift is directly across the street about 100 yards from the condo. I stayed in Carrie's 3 br/3 ba in beautiful Telluride Colorado this October 2010. Not only does she go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of and at home, but she also provides a clean, well appointed, comfortable, spacious "home away from home " for travelers. The views are spectacular, access to Telluride's main attractions is a stone's throw away and quiet and solitude prevails for those who prefer to stay in. I can not wait to return!

Most condos I've rented in Telluride are small and with our group I've always felt like we're stepping on top of each other. This condo had plenty of space for our group to spread out and we all had plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. It had everything we needed, including a great kitchen for cooking large meals. The location couldn't be better - everything in town is a short walk away!

We loved our stay in this condo. The location was perfect- walking distance to the ski lifts and the fun restaurants and shops in town! The comfy furniture and huge windows with amazing views made us never want to leave. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation or helping with ski rentals, Carrie, the owner, went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. We can't wait to come back!

This place is great. I could literally walk down the hallway in my slippers to pick up milk from the grocery store. Lift 7 if right across the street, so we didn't have to trudge very far in our ski boots. We could also ski down to the condo for lunch. We enjoyed staying in at night playing board games and watching some of the 40 plus movies stocked in the condo. The kids felt like they had their own suite within the third bedroom where there is a TV lounge area. Meanwhile, the adults could enjoy peace and quite downstairs near the fireplace. The floorplan was perfect for our group. Carrie was a great hostess and sincerely interested in making our vacation the best it could be. We highly recommend this place.

Great condo...even better than expected. Very comfortable and well furnished. The split levels are perfect for a family. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the ski mountain.
The location was super convenient. We could walk right across the street and jump on the lift. Downtown Telluride was just a short stroll away, and there was even a grocery store literally at the end of the condo complex. -

This condo is very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is modern and huge with enough seating and settings for our large group. We could relax on the nice leather couch next to the fireplace and enjoy views of the ski mountain through the floor to ceiling windows. Everyone had plenty of space as the third bedroom can take 4 people. The ski locker across the hallway alleviated our usual gear clutter. Carrie was attentive to our needs and orchestrated a very smooth process from booking, check-in, hosting, and refunding our damage deposit. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying in Carrie's condo during this fall's Telluride Photo Festival! It's spacious, bright, and warm, and just a short walk from the gondola, running trail, and a fabulous little Thai restaurant. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Last august I had a fantastic vacation with my family in Telluride. There was so much to do for the whole family. The condo was in a perfect location, surrounded by open space where the kids could go out and play and conveniently located near the river trail for hiking and biking, only and few blocks from the commercial shopping area and steps away from the bus stop that takes you awaywhere in town. The living area in the condo is very spacious with a well supplied kitchen, a dining area that could seat a dozen people and livingroom with a comfortable leather sofa, a fireplace and a wall mounted TV. The floor to ceiling windows overlook the ski mountain and the surrounding open space. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with view of the mountains. The children loved having their own room which doubled as a play area with games and books that they enjoyed. Carrie, the owner, was in close contact even before we arrived and she was available to take care of any special requests and to let us know about special events during the week that would be enjoyable for our family. This condo was a real find, especially for the location and spacious accomodations and the hospitality of the owner. We are planning to return for a winter vacation and plan to stay at this condo because of its close proximity to the ski lifts.
