We had a wonderful experience for our first trip to Telluride. The only issue we had with the condo is the front door is hard to close and lock.
Basic and small

The unit was adequate for the needs of our short stay. I would say 5 people is the max for this unit. Loved the proximity to the bus stop and lift 7. Did not like the sink in the bedroom (rather than in the bath) and the larger bedroom was set up with twin beds rather than the queen. I would have expected the other way around. I also found it odd that the unit required so much maintenance so early in the season. The microwave did not work and the window blinds were a mess. Finally, don't count on parking in the garage unless you have a sedan or small SUV. It was too small for my Dodge Durango. Good news is that there is a free lot across the street from the complex. This happens to be one of the smaller units in Double Diamond-square footage wise. We apologize for any maintenance issues you had during your stay. The microwave and blinds have both been replaced.

We've been visiting Telluride for years and are never dissappointed! Our stay @ the Double Diamond #15 was no
different. The 2 bedroom condo was roomy enough for 5 adults
and a couple furry friends. (our pups)
I would only have 2 negative things to say. The way the condos are situated there is quite an echo outside so it can be noisy. The other thing is the tile work in the kitchen and bath is terrible. Huge tripping factor. The owners really should fix that!
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best I would give the Double Diamond#15 an 8. We will be back!! Read more

Thank you for your review. We will be sure to give your feedback to the owner. The tile leading into the kitchen is higher than the carpet and you are correct, this could be hazardous. Thank you for your input!
This company has problems

Telluride alpine Lodging botched my reservation at another condo so they snuck us into this one for one night. The condo was fine, but there were no sheets for the futon in living room. And I would not recommend you use Telluride alpine lodging, more generally. They messsed up the nights fo my stay and at least 10 other people I spoke to who were also attending the event in town I was attending. A huge mess. Very unprofessional and they would not even acknowledge their own mistakes. They kept trying to blame the conference organizers. Read more

We apologize if there were any miscommunications with your stay. With the larger festivals we do end up getting room lists from the organizers and we place people accordingly. I really hoped you could have enjoyed your stay. Our deepest apologies.
not what we expected

First off , let me say it is a good location. Wasn't able to park in garage due to a workbench attached to the wall, the key pad key retrieval box was missing so we had to wait to get into the condo, kitchen and main living area is on the third floor so plan on lots of time on the stairs, jacuzzi did not warm up adequately. The management company was not aware of the bench in the garage, luckily we were able to park in one of two parking lots in the area. Read more
