Enter this condo at street level - on your right is the entrance to the private 1 car garage. Walk up the stairs one level to both bedrooms, each with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a single sink and separate shower. On the top (3rd) level is the living room with a sofa, gas fireplace and TV. There is also a balcony off the living room with northern views. My wife and two adult children stayed in #6 over the New Year holiday this year. We found it to be just fine and close to everything we needed (skiing, dining, shopping). If you are bringing someone that expects to sleep on the couch, it does not fold out into a bed. There is a loft, but it does not have a bed. My son did sleep up there with the help of an air matress. We were able to park our subaru in the garage with no problem. I will stay there again.

1) Extremely loud alarms went off Sunday night, Monday night and later in the week. I ripped the smoke alarms from the hard-wired connections, took out the batteries and called for help. When one stopped another started. Three different repair people had to come to figure out a fix. Then the CO alarm got going. This condo needs an electrician to do a complete analysis.
2) The upstairs with kitchen.dining, living room is super nice. The bedrooms are too small for the big beds. The occupant needs to carefully scoot around to avoid banging a shin, to open a drawer, and furniture and lamps need to be moved to open a window.
3) the sinks in the bedrooms are tooo tiny and one is completely broken. We just used the sink upstairs.

Thank you for your review. We did have the alarm issue addressed this month and do not expect for this to happen again. Once an alarm that is hard wired is detached it is connected to the others in the home and will set all of them off. I would suggest calling for help before removing these. We hope we can book your next stay in Telluride and show you some other properties in our inventory. We also apologize for the interruptions.

Condo is very nicely furnished and very clean. Location is great. Bathrooms are really, really small and the mattresses need to be changed (big hole in the middle)

Dd #6 was a very nice place to stay. It's walking distance to just about everything. Very easy to find, parking was convenient, and comfortable. Highly recommend Telluride over the fourth of July.

We had a really nice stay in our unit #6; we were pleasantly surprised that it had a garage for parking. The bedrooms and baths were small and every possible space was utilized in the unit. However, it all worked very well. Additionally, the staff at Telluride Lodging was very helpful. They allowed us to temporarily store some items in their office, they expedited the cleaning of our unit, and they even paid for our parking outside their office. Nice Job, and thanks.

Enjoyed staying at this unit.
Nice view of the ski mountain from the balcony.
Very quiet complex.
Parking garage with washer & dryer is an added bonus.
