Directly across the San Miguel River from the Lift 7 Base Complex, this 2-bedroom with Loft/2-bath condo has a queen bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds in the loft, and queen futon.
Garage parking is on the ground level of Building #6. Up a flight and down the interior hallway, enter a common area room. #6G is off this room. Entering this door leads to the bedroom level of the condo. In the first bedroom is a queen bed and TV. In the 2nd bedroom, which can be locked off from the rest of the condo, there is a queen bed, TV w/ VCR, and in-suite bathroom with shower only. The stack washer/dryer is just outside the bedroom door.
Upstairs is... the main level, with living room, kitchen, and dining area all open. At the breakfast bar are 4 stools, and the dining table seats 5. The sitting area has a queen futon, large TV with VCR and DVD, CD player. On this level is the master bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Up the spiral stairs is the loft with 2 twin beds.
The complex has a large outdoor heated pool (summer only), a hot tub, and covered parking. A unit-specific ski locker is on the ground level, in the garage area. Lulu City Condos are just across the street from the base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift), right on the free town shuttle route, and a 10-minute walk from downtown/Gondola.

Spacious and clean, this condo was great for our visit. Huge open living room with lots of seating for a big group. Bedrooms separate downstairs and loft upstairs. Easy to check-in and had a nice pool and hot tub.

Liked the condo quite a bit. Only problem was that cable wasn't working and there was no internet access. Read more

The condo itself was actually nicer than I expected, but it took us forever to find it. The buildings are not well marked for someone arriving in the evening and the units are sprawled out through multiple doors that don't label room numbers. Once we found the room we were on the wrong floor that did not have the keypad for entrance. But I was pleasantly surprised with the space/layout of the condo when we finally got into the unit (Thanks Gabe!!). The hot tub is a bit dated with weak jets and there were a lot of floaters in it. I would recommend a new one!!
All in all a great stay. Perfect location to the lifts, town and grocery.

Lulu City G-6. Owners were very generous and thoughtful regarding equipping the kitchen, way above the minimum. At the far end of town for the Bluegrass events but Telluride is small so no big deal. The condo was at a very fair price. Three blocks away is a killer Thai restaurant, Siam. Also short walking minutes to Clark's market where you stock up on everything. Again, props to the owners for creating in Lulu City G-6 an accomodating, very comfortable place to stay. Read more
