The condition of the building, the quality of the furnishings, and the cleanliness of #24 were all fine, and were comparable to that of other units in the same complex (where we have stayed).
This kitchen was not stocked for six people and was extremely disappointing. There were not enough drinking glasses, juice glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, or bowls. The cooking utensils were minimal and poor quality.
The clothes washer did not work. The gas fireplace would not stay on. The TV signal quality was poor.Response from Telluride Alpine Lodging - 04/01/2013

Thank you for your review. We made sure to speak to the owner about the issues you had and currently, he is sending more dishware, the fireplace is being serviced, and the washer is repaired. We apologize for these issues happening in house while you were on vacation. We hope we can make it up to you and book another stay in another condo next year.

The four of us stayed here during a Tsrc workshop in summer. I asked for a condo to share with three colleagues from all corners of the globe (1 us, 2 Europe, 1 asia). The conference management assigned this unit to us when I asked for something reasonably priced and close to the conference center (Telluride high school). Wow, were we impressed! Everything perfect on three floors, nice large room to sit, eat and chat, and very comfortable bedrooms (my bathroom even had a steam bath built into the shower!).

Beautiful condo in a neat area. We were upgraded by luck, so this may not be something we could afford in future... but wow did we love it!

This is a beautiful, three-story condo at the edge of town. A grocery store is conveniently located nearby. It's a great value when comparing it to three rooms at the Telluride Hotel.

We stayed here as part of a family gathering. The top floor was a great gathering place...both for those of us who stayed in the condo - but for others about town. It became the Hub! Great views from the top floor, by the way. Excellent location near all the shops and restaurants in town. We were there in summer, but noticed it is 1.5 blocks to the lift. Wifi and cable tv were fine.

I believe the distribution or organization of the apartment was not adecuate because the social areas were on the 3rd floor and it was tiring to move from area to the other. I also think the appartment was very far from the main skiing attractions. The person that was in charge of cleaning once a week didn't do much, she really didnt clean, she just picked up towels and sheets and that was it. The internet service was inexistent, we couldn't get any signal.
