Riverside condominiums are located at the end of Pine St. and situated along the River Trail at Bear Creek trailhead. Bedding: King, two twins, queen sleeper Riverside A103 is a two bedroom/two bathroom condominium located on the ground floor.
You enter the unit and walk down a short hall to the living room and kitchen. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VHS player, stereo, gas fireplace, and doors that open to a private deck with views of the San Miguel River. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located across the hall from the living room. The master bedroom has a... king bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a shower and tub and is accessed from the bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a split king for couples. The second bathroom has a steam shower only and is accessed from the hall. Parking is outdoor and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Downtown Telluride, gondola and Chair 8 are all within two blocks of Riverside.
This was our second stay in this unit, 15 months apart. Spacious enough for parents and 2 twenty-somethings. Having an in-unit laundry and being on one level are great after days of skiing. Extremely convenient location to walk to restaurants and the gondola for skiing. The only negative: the motion sensor light on the shared outdoor hot tub came on briefly all night long for the entire week, and shone in the master bedroom window. There were no people out there. This could be remedied by the unit owner installing black-out shades or by management putting a shade on the light to direct it downward. We did speak to maintenance about this and the tilt of the light was adjusted but not enough to make a different. Read more

Great Location, Nice Condo with Updated Kitchen and Bathrooms
Left on 09/05/2012 for a stay in August 2012 | Margaret
Location is fantastic, we parked the car and left it there for four nights as we could walk to everything. The condo is located right on the river. We loved the view and the sounds of the water. Hiking trails start literally at your doorstep. Easy walk to the gondola too.
The condo was very roomy for two couples. It has an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. Furnishings were nice and beds were comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit.
Check-in and check-out were easy and TaL was very professional and answered all our questions.
We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back. Read more

Check-in was simple easy, and they let us in a little early. The home was beautiful, a great location, and we love hearing the river run by. The steam shower was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked--we had a pasta party before the run and fed 7 people with no lack of plates/utensils. Thanks! Read more

Great condo with terrible internet access.
Left on 01/21/2011 for a stay in January 2011 | JW
I am sorry to say that in this day and age, with the prices paid for the condo, having functional reliable Internet access is important. Most people renting these places are professionals and need to at least get into their email in the morning and evening after skiing. We chose this place for its location, price, and limited amenities -- one of which was WiFi. It made for a stressful time to not have it for >50% of our 5 night stay and the recommendation from the front desk to go to the library was not acceptable on a vacation in Telluride. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would likely do it again. Read more

Riverside condo's are in a great location. We have different level of skiers and like the day/night life of the town.
The condo itself (A103) was decent. There was a missing window shade in the master bedroom which was a bit awkward! Also it was right over the hot tub so there was extra light & noise. The tv's are pretty old and there wasn't a dvd player.
We would like to stay at Riverside again next year but I will choose a different condo. Read more

Thank you for your review! I apologize for the missing blind in the master. We have the replacement and it is bing installed this week. I will request that the owner gets a CD player as well. We would love to have you back. Please consider TAL when booking your next Telluride vacation.

The 2 bedroom is spacious. Please let guests know of the main bedroom window before they check-in. It is a beautiful view of the river and worth seeing.
The porch is wonderful to sit and do a "happy hour".
I liked the remodeled bathroom.
There should be more instructions for the music and give guests advanced notice on what to bring (CDs, dvds etc) Read more
