The only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a park-like setting! Still with its original owners, this apartment has classy spaces full of generations of the love for Telluride. Bedding: Queen bed, Queen bed, 2 twin beds.

Being an upper unit, the sunshine fills the spaces of this chic little 3-bedroom condo. Enter from the 2nd floor interior hallway to an ample mud room with boot bench and ski racks. Go up a half flight to the kitchen, dining and living room level. In the living room is a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV w/VCR, stereo and CD player. The small kitchen faces onto the dining area that seats 6. On this level... as well, there is a bathroom with an oversize jetted tub, as well as washer/dryer.

Upstairs another half-flight are two bedrooms with queen bed and TV in each. The shared bathroom on this level has steam-able shower only and can be accessed either from the hall or the attached bedroom. A half-flight further upstairs is the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds and a TV with DVD player. Up eight more steps is the large bathroom with jetted tub and shower.

This unit has views of ski mountain and complex open space. The entry way has ski storage. There is a connecting door that can combine this condo with unit #337.

Telluride Lodge has common outdoor and indoor hot tubs built in 2010 for guest use only that is located on the south side of the middle (400) building by the HOA office. Parking at Telluride Lodge is an outdoor lot on site. Internet is not supplied in this condo.

Just to the north of the Telluride Lodge is the grocery store, and across the main street is the high school and Palm Theater. South of the complex, just across Pacific Avenue is the San Miguel River and the base of Lift #7. The free in-town shuttle bus has stops on both sides of the block, making it easy to get across town. Otherwise, it's about 10-15 minute walk to the historic downtown area, or the Town Park and summer festival grounds. Hiking and biking trails start right in town, heading up to old mining sites and ruins, or waterfalls, or 14,000-foot peaks when you keep climbing. Cross-country skiing, ice skating, and sledding hill can be found in the Town Park.

  We stayed in this unit last September and used it as a base for the beginning of our 7 day bike trek across the hills to Moab, UT. There were 5 of us in the unit and we all fit in there well, even with all of the gear associated with the kind of trip we were about to embark on. Luckily we were only there for a few days, so eating out was the best option. I say luckily because the kitchen was not well equipt. There were two coffee makers there, both in various states of disrepair. There were not enough dishes or cookware either. The bedrooms were nice as were the baths (though a little low on decor.)

  The whole family had a very cozy and relaxing stay. We did not receive our parking permit previous to our stay but all was well, we did not get a ticket. We will be back.

  Telluride Lodge-Close to Lift 7

  We love Telluride and the skiing is great. Such a friendly town and ski mountain. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in is situated right across the street from Coonskin Lift #7(a short walk).And very convenient to the town of Telluride.
  Making reservations is easy, check-in is also seamless and the unit we stayed in was nice. The kitchen was not stocked with enough utensils...such as plates, silverware, bowls. And with a larger 3 bedroom unit one would expect to have enough for at least 6 people.
  Otherwise, the unit was fine. Be aware that this 3 bedroom/3 bath unit only has 2 showers. But having a washer/dryer in the unit made up for the lack of a 3rd shower! We would return with no hesitation.
